I've always been accustomed to seeing Western Medicine Doctors. Unfortunately, in the last few years I've found myself being prescribed many pain medications and tons of others drugs that basically masked my pains. I felt helpless and hopeless and just didn't know where to turn. My daughter started seeing Dr. Shawne and told me I should make an appointment to see if she could help relieve some of the pain. I had been very apprehensive about trying acupunture just because my experience with western medicine and had lost faith and trust in doctors. It took my daughter months to convince me to go in. Dr. Shawne is a miracle worker. Her knowledge and healing abilities have been life changing. She has been able to give me back my life. I no longer take any pain meds and only addicted to coming in weekly, yes weekly. I always feel calm, relaxed and my chronic pain is minimal when I leave this office.
