I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain and tension and headaches for months now I am a…read morenurse and a student in school and was having trouble sleeping and headaches. I went in on a random Thursday afternoon she was available and we did cupping I did that around 5 pm. I went home and it's 10 pm and I noticed something.... Hey my right side of my neck and shoulder are not hurting anymore I don't feel like I have to constantly massage or rub it or stretch it out. I seriously think the cupping really helped relieve the tension in my right shoulder and neck. When she did the cupping she took a picture of my back and showed me the darkest spot is my right shoulder and that's exactly where I had the tension and pain. Thank you so much! I will be coming back for more cupping.

I just had another wonderful massage with Tina (DeSu Jiang) at Rwo Shur Health on Main Street St…read more (The business was formerly Seven Days foot spa) I cannot say enough about how great of a massage therapist she is. She is truly in tune with your whole body. I highly recommend an hour or an hour and a half full body massage. The spa is exceptionally clean, & relaxing. The massage beds are the most comfortable ones I've ever been on. I find that a lot of massage therapists usually skip over the butt. Or do over the sheet pressing action. For me, a butt massage is the best part, it is an extension of your back. And I want the full experience lol Tina will give you the best experience. She is a master in Chinese medicine! I have been a client at The Remedy for close to two years. I have had repeated testing there and also with my PCP and they were unable to find some issues I was having. (Not downplaying my Remedy experience--they're wonderful) But, in one visit with Tina she found a major issue that was going on with me. It still blows me away that she found something like that through massage. We are blessed to have some great massage therapists in our town. But I truly feel that Tina is a natural healer. The real deal! Highly recommend!

I was immediately impressed walking into the business, it's very clean and relaxing, cute decor and smelled really good from the essential oils. The treatment room was peaceful to walk into. Holly explained what to expect and had me lay on a heated crystal (or salt?) mat, it was cozy! Her presence was incredibly calming and the experience felt like a very deep meditation. I truly felt lighter at the end and Holly had mentioned certain problem areas that aligned with things I had been through (without telling her anything about my situation). This is a session you must go into with an open mind. It was so helpful for me and I hope others have the opportunity to see her. I can't wait to go back to try a massage!

She is easy to talk to and makes great post treatment suggestions. Her space is very clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. Her prices are straightforward, and I love that she has online booking. I usually find parking right out front. Her treatment helps with my sinus congestion, and makes me feel lighter. I highly recommend Holly for all your massage needs.

This is my favorite place to go get a massage. Very…read moreprofessional and the best massage therapists. I like to get 90 mins full body, the 90 min foot reflexology is also good but do the excellent prices, best to go full body. My friends love doing the four hand massage. I like to do girls gathering"spa day" here once a year while we all get massages at the same time then walk around downtown and grab lunch, Really, you can't go wrong. It's a gem of a place with great owners. I see some negative comments about tips, but it makes me appreciate the owner more for speaking up for fair tips and advocating for their staff. I always tip at least 30% (or more) because the therapists are the most skilled and really deserve it.

I try to be understanding, especially when there may be a language barrier. However, I have…read moreconcerns about how this business handles tipping expectations. The massage itself was excellent. In fact, I was so happy with my therapist that I thought I would likely become a regular customer and come in at least twice a month since I work on my feet all day. I tipped over 20%, which I felt was a generous tip for the service I received. However, after paying, I was directed to a sign suggesting that I should have tipped $20 and was encouraged to leave an additional $5 to bring the tip up to that amount. Not only did this feel uncomfortable, but it also felt like I was being shamed for not tipping enough, even though I had already tipped more than 20%, which most people would consider a standard and fair tip for good service. It's not that the therapist wasn't deserving of an extra few dollars--it's the way the expectation was communicated that rubbed me the wrong way. If the business wants to guarantee employees a certain level of compensation, that should be built into the service price rather than relying on customers to meet a specific tip amount. My suggestion would be to eliminate tipping altogether and simply advertise the true price of the service upfront. For example, if the goal is for the therapist to receive an additional $20 per massage, then charge $80 for the massage and clearly state that gratuity is included. This creates transparency, eliminates awkward tipping conversations, guarantees fair compensation for therapists, and ensures customers know exactly what to expect with no surprises. With how the situation was handled, I'm questioning whether the employee is actually receiving the full tip amount. Overall, it didn't feel transparent or trustworthy, and for that reason I will not be returning.
