The ink is bleeding bad on my left pinky and it's the second time. Also this was the touch up after two weeks, which I ended up having to pay because the person who did them originally didn't work there anymore, and I still had to pay to get them redone. Needless to say I'm not thrilled with the results, I probably will do laser removal and do more research because this impulse tattoo decision did not go as planned. I emailed my idea and availability and they got back to me a few days later because they were on vacation. I didn't end up booking until maybe almost a month later (emailed in June) because I had to make sure I had the right amount of funds. Thankfully the deposit I made secured my spot for the following week and due to wanting a change in the design Yida was kind enough to consult with me on the change. The tattoo was on my chest and it was quite painful but at the same time tolerable. Jing did a lovely job on my piece and I felt at ease being there. We took breaks but she finished in about two and a half hours. I'll cherish this piece for the rest of my life. I definitely plan on coming back soon. I feel like I made the right choice in trusting Jing!

Charlie is super sweet, made sure it's everything we wanted and help us understand the concept of colors and how tattoos will look on our body. My siblings and I got Roman numerals tattoos in 1-3 to represent the order we were born in. My older got his son's initials on his arm, my younger brother got an Om and I got a small hands of god on my wrist. He also had developed a piercing bump on the outside and inside of his nose. Unsure what to do, we went to see Peter for some help. His calm demeanor and wealth of knowledge helped us tremendously! Peter treated my son's nose and changed the jewelry. He even took the time to explain that we should slightly change the angle of the piercing for a better looking piercing in the future and more optimal healing g experience. He drained both bumps on the spot! We left feeling so much better and the piercing was on its way to better healing. He was quite clear in his healing instructions which we followed to a tee. My son's nose looks a million times better and feels a million times better. We still have healing in front of us but with Peter's support, there was night to day improvement in just 10 days. All of it looks amazing. As with all good art, it is an investment. Phil is pricey but worth every penny. He is also so very kind. When I made the conscious decision to pierce my nose more than 4 years ago, I thought it would be a…read morepiece of cake to change my nose rings once my piercing healed. Here we are 4+ years later and taking out nose jewelry feels like an operation itself. I've been coming to Sam to get my occasional change for as long as I've had my nose pierced and he's always been very professional. Never had an issue with my piercing since coming here. By no means is he gentle but he is efficient and he knows what he's doing. I don't really know other places that will change your piercing for you but this has been my go-to because it's always easy and his prices are reasonable. I will say that the operating hours are tricky because I have stopped by on several occasions during their open hours where they're not opened yet or are on break, but it's not the biggest issue. He's either very busy or things are slow and there's no telling sometimes.
