Mind you they ran out one hour and fifty two minutes before closing on a Saturday. This is not a new business nor a fluke. I have previously experienced and heard customers complain about the slim pickings to choose from and low quantities of those bagels still available. They call themselves a bagel shop? Maybe they'd do better if they forget about selling bagels and sell gasoline instead. Less chance of running out and more happy customers likely even its over four dollars a gallon. Won't be back.

My favorite is the asiago bagel with some butter. Yumm. My wife is partial to the sesame with cream cheese which is also a winner. They have breakfast sandwiches as well which are great. At least once a quarter I would call ahead and order bagels and coffee for the office. I would get there and everything would be ready. They would help me load my car and off I went. Always a big hit with my employees. Lunch is great here too. They have ham sandwich that is really tasty. The turkey is good too. I think that you get bag of chips or something with lunch but I can't remember- it's been a little while since I had lunch there. The best thing about this place is the owner. After we moved I didn't go back to Einstein's for about a year. As soon as I walked in, she picked up exactly where we left off. When I bring my son in, she always has something to give him. If you order a dozen bagels, they'll take your order in line. If you order a single bagel with schmear or sandwiches, you must go to the checkout counter and repeat your entire order.
