Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm. My advice, train your staff to listen rather than blindly brush off your patients. Feel free to reach out to me and I'll happily give you details if you're interested.

I recently changed my PCP; it was my first time here. The staff are very welcoming. Dr. Misbah…read moreKalair is an excellent doctor; she really cares about her patients. I came in for a physical exam, but we decided to change it to an acute appointment because I keep coughing and she was concerned about my cough. She eventually checked my lungs, ears, and throat and prescribed some antibiotics for my cough and congestion. If you're looking for a new PCP, Dr. Misbah Kalair is a great option; I definitely recommend her. I was able to easily make an appointment within the next day.

I really wanted to support a local medical office, but unfortunately, I left feeling…read morenickel-and-dimed. At other offices I've used, test results were communicated by phone or MyChart without requiring another paid visit. Here, the front desk told me I had to come back in for my results, even though the doctor had previously told me I wouldn't need another visit. I had to persist and ask them to check with her before she ultimately sent my results through MyChart. I've had a similar experience with prescriptions. My previous provider gave me a three-month supply with routine refills. Here, they prefer that I come in for another visit when I need a prescription. When I requested a one-month refill, I received only a one-day courtesy supply. The front desk has also been unhelpful. I previously had to call back and forth multiple times just to verify my insurance. I also developed the large bruises pictured after having my blood drawn here. I like Dr. Misbah Kalair and appreciate that she accommodated me, which is why this is disappointing. Unfortunately, the office policies and service make me unlikely to return.

I'm going to miss this office, Dr pucillo is retiring I don't know when, and I have to find another doctor and see if I'm an hour and a half away it only makes sense to find one out here but I can tell you right now I will not find anyone as good. And if any of you think any different. Maybe you should go to the therapist. He is sweet kind funny loving and he does everything you can and so does Amanda. I really will miss Dr.pucillo. he is always been there whenever I need any help of course it takes time for him to come back at me but I'm not his only patient, and all of you should realize that too. But when he is in there and he's doing this thing, he is the best and he will make sure that he orders any tests that you need although a lot of people say oh I don't need that because my insurance won't pay for it. But he does everything he can to make it financially feasible for all of us.

They literally fed me a bunch of snacks and food and made me drink water until I couldn't anymore. They also gave me discount cards for my meds and were so polite. They went above and beyond.
