The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we're I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that's their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. My time is worth something as well. Went with Terminix and I was so happy I did! 12/30/2023 My experience with this joke of a business. I have text messages from the business confirming my appointment. And they just never showed. I was bullied verbally by my past landlord, Keegan Smith begged me to take the post down or they were going to sew me. Go ahead Sew me for slander BUG OUT, Keegan & Patricia Smith. Bug Out, I have every text confirming our appointment. I'm not afraid of you!! I wouldn't refer you to a cricket on the street. You're useless. Keegan and Patricia Smith (Slum Lords) I took it down, never should have. Nonetheless, I also have every text sent between us, even the one where I had to beg you to come to fix the front door, a literal fire hazard. I'm living in a much better brand new home, completely bug-free. So good riddance bug out, I would NOT recommend you to a Roach on the street.

The company was given as a recommendation from my HVAC company. Earlier in the 2021, during my annual termite inspection with my pest control service, there was standing water, one dead snake, one small live snake and other debris found in my crawlspace. I contacted 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations to address the concern. Here is the BLUF---Encapsulation is not always the answer and doesn't have to be your only choice!! I learned that from Ameri Care. They were the only company that immediately recognized other water intrusion concerns from the exterior of the home and provided options to address the issues. The estimates I received from the 3 companies ranged from $3500-$12K. Only one company, I believe was the one who gave me honest recommendations--Ameri Care Services. My inspector was Darren Kidd and he was professional from the time he arrived until I made my decision. The day the work was completed the crew worked 100% until it was complete and then made sure that i saw the work before they left. There was no pressure to "get this special deal" or "fully encapsulate" to "fix all my problems". Very satisfied with the work, the communication, and the process.

Our experience with Bee Green was altogether excellent. Angie, the administrator, responded quickly to my many questions; Julio executed the job, which took a whole day because the hive was so extensive. He worked hard, expertly opening the wall, vacuuming out the bees for relocation, and removing all the wax and honey so that they wouldn't come back. He rebuilt the wall perfectly. He was friendly and professional, and the price was more affordable than other people we contacted. Very happy to recommend this family business!
