If you ever have them perform work for you demand that they demonstrate insurance and licensing!!!! Do not make my mistake. This was the worst professional service I have ever received. I had to have the painters come back and remove paint from nearly every section of trim in my basement after the painters grossly went over edges. After they came back and removed paint that was improperly applied, they flat out painted sections of the wall the wrong color. What could be the explanation? I pointed out one section and they still left an area painted the wrong color. At first I thought Gio was simply inexperienced. This goes beyond inexperience, I genuinely feel they are attempting to rip people off. I cannot give them any benefit of doubt. Let the photos speak for themselves.

I had scheduled to meet with multiple contractors, but Erazo's was the only one who showed up on time and ready to work. Jennifer, who handles all the admin work, was a dream to work with! She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. Instead of nickle and diming like many other contractors, he even brought his own white paint to touch up parts of the trim to ensure clean lines after painting the walls light grey. I highly recommend Erazo's and will definitely work with them again for future projects!
