Plenty of times they would come out, work for 10 minutes then bill us for the full hour. We have proximity key fobs and they would sell us the key fobs with no instructions on how to set it up or make it work with our access system. Then they want to charge us for them coming out and setting it up. Not my kind of customer service.

Also, typically when an alarm goes off in your house, emergency services or a dispatcher is connected but that it is not the case with ADT. I am unsure what the $70 is for every month. I can buy a ring doorbell for $100 and pay a few dollars a month to recording services. Same for my back camera.
