What really made the cleaning special were the little touches: draping the throw blankets across the back of the couch; folding the dish towel hanging from the dishwasher; re-making the sloppily made guest and master beds; eradicating dust and grime from places we didn't even notice - until it was gone. They even found a long lost hair clip from under our couch, so you KNOW they were thorough! Every room, every surface, spotless. I can't wait for our regular monthly recurrences! In addition to the stellar cleaning job they did, the Westfalls maintained excellent communication and professionalism with us throughout the process of getting to know and working with them. They use secured electronic payment methods - no more remembering (or forgetting!) to write a check. When Ashley came to do our initial walk through and quote, she brought her physical business licence, a copy of the company's bond, workers comp policy, and certificate. It's one thing to claim "licenced, bonded, and insured," but having her pull out the actual documents added to our confidence in this family-owned and operated business' ability to meet our needs. I hired their services with the expectation of professional and timely work, as stipulated in our contract. However, they did not meet the agreed-upon delivery date for the video. When I requested a refund due to this failure, the owner refused to return the money, further breaching our contract terms. I consider this type of practice to be unprofessional and damaging to customer trust. I strongly advise anyone seeking their services to steer clear in order to avoid potential disappointments. I explained I only had a small window of time and that the defendant was going to be at a certain office at 4 PM that day and wouldn't be there long. The bad part about it was I was frantic because it was already 2:30 PM when I made this request. Mr. Anderson told me that was part of his business profile and that he made it a practice to help people with last minute requests if any way possible. He said he would drop everything else he had scheduled and take care of it for me. I met Mr. Anderson at the place of service 15 minutes prior to when I knew my former spouse would be there and gave him the papers to serve. No sooner had I done this he showed up early. I pointed out the car and within 2 minutes of handing Mr. Anderson the documents he was serving them as he stepped out of his car. What a miracle! Had I not been able to get this summons and complaint served the statute of limitations would have expired on me and I would have been out of luck and my life in ruin. This is what happens when Lawyers wait until the last minute to get things done. All I can say is thank goodness Mr. Anderson is the type to answer his telephone and is willing to suspend other work assignments to help people with actual emergencies. The fee was a little pricey. $125.00 for an hour or so worth of work but I gladly paid it without question. He told me it was this much because the job was classified as an emergency service but explained, had he been given more notice It would have been much less. I want to tell everyone that if you need legal documents served you should be calling this business. Awesome 5 Star performance!!!
