Tiffany was very professional and courteous. She made me feel comfortable and excited about my upcoming vacation! I again told her I didn't want a bob but all layered, bottom line, she didn't listen or hear me or seem to care. By the time she was done, I looked like a clown and my short hair was just chopped all over the place.
