He ended up advising to cut a third tree down because it was right next to the creek that runs behind our house and the roots were exposed and it could come down if the ground got too wet. This is the reason we took down the other trees. He gave us a very good quote compared to the guys that came after. They arrived on time on the day of the service. They even had to take my fence down and did it seamlessly. They took care of my property as well as the plant and grass in the area. When they got finished they left my yard clean of any debris and they put my fence back up to where it looks like nothing ever happened. Part of the job involved him and his crew installing a new paver patio area. They incorrectly installed it multiple times and had to redo the job 4 times! Insane. They left a dip in it so big that I could not set patio furniture on it and Andrew told me it "had to be done that way." After I pressed he conceded to have it redone. Again, this had to be redone 4 times!!! It's still not perfect but it's good enough. He and his guys also left cigarette butts all over our yard and when we returned from vacation we also had a crushed beer can in our fenced in back yard. We do not drink or keep Heineken at our home.
