Even more rare to find this in an owner, Francisco, who does the work himself, alongside a helper who also takes the time to do quality work. You can see this in the amount of time they spend on prep work, and attention to detail. Little things like floating low spots to ensure the floor is level, to putting up plastic around the work area to contain the dust. A true craftsman with years of experience. Francisco is not like other firms with front-office overhead and perhaps flashy marketing. Instead, you'll see him driving an old, work-horse of a van, as it's the job that really matters to him. I think Francisco's owner-as-worker business model gives him a competitive advantage in beating out other contractors, as he was the lowest bid on my glue-down hardwood floor job. His price introduced me to him. But his quality won me over. I've since had Francisco install new double doors for a home office, and will be using him for new countertops in the kitchen. My only regret is that I don't have more work, that I can send his way.

In their warehouse she also showed me the different types of countertops they had available. They specialize in kitchen cabinets, kitchen granite countertop, and bathroom vanity. Price is reasonable too. It's always fun looking inside a showroom and getting home improvement ideas for our home. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!
