I came in to get my car armrest reupholstered. I called to get a quote on the price before hand and when I came in to pay the price doubled. I asked them would they be able to do an exact or close match to the stitching (we already concluded that the material would not be an exact match but it would be close and I was fine with that). When I came in the stitching was a different color and in a different position. I was then told that they would not be able to do an exact match unless they ordered a door panel which would cost another 1250 - 1500 (not including installation). They attempted to fix the positioning of the stitch but after $100 in uber to get back and forth and it not being for / what they told be it would be from the beginning, I am just over it. If they could not do the job they should have told me that instead of giving me something I did not ask for or want. They have really good customer service but the actual auto reupholstery service is not the best.

On the day of service, Pater and Mark called to see if they can come earlier due to weather. They arrived on time and explained the whole treatment process to before doing the work. I was a little cautious as the leather is a Porsche tan color seat and worried of discoloration. They basically removed the stain spot and also repaired a worn out area of the center console where the material was 'peeling'. The process was actually quick and took about an hour. We found Raleigh Headliners in Garner and decided to make the 2 hr drive and give them a shot. Best decision we could have ever made. The new headliner looks like it rolled off the factory in 2006. It is FLAWLESS. The price was very reasonable and the guy was very nice. He told us it would be around 4 hours so we went to Raleigh and loafered. He called us 1.5 hrs later and said he was done.
