I needed a Zippo engraved, the old-fashioned way, for a Christmas present. I found a business to do it, but they wanted to charge almost $50 for 2 initials. Through the referral of a referral, I found Engraphics. She fixed me up in a few days, with no additional 'By-Christmas' charge, for less than $18. Customer service is terrible. I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their mistake. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without confirmation that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.
