I really liked the brisket and the ribs were perfect. It's not the same-old-same-old bbq place. I recommend giving it a try.

They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

I'm talking I needed four waiters four days before my wedding... oh and let's add that it's on a holiday! Bree was so courteous the first time that I called her. I had actually spoken to a couple other service providers in the area and unfortunately.. it didn't seem like they wanted my business and I felt brushed off. when I called diamond and Pearl services Bree answered the phone and we chatted for about 20 minutes. I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible. I am very grateful for not only her kind words and help during this time but being able to get four people on a holiday last minute for me. It's extraordinary the lengths she went to to make sure that I would be taken care of. I'm humbled by it. Thank you so much Bree and all the staff at Diamond and Pearl Services for making my special day absolutely perfect.

People won't remember what they ate but they'll remember if it was exceptional, and Posh Affair was more than exceptional. We were able to set up a tasting about a year out from our wedding. We were able to choose items we wanted to try. We sat and spoke with Alexis about menu options, catering styles, rentals, and the flow of the day. She was very thorough and I knew that all would be covered. She didn't miss a detail. Alexis was prompt with all communication prior to the wedding. On the wedding day, The Posh Affair was on time and got straight to work. The food was even better than I remembered at the tasting and Alexis made sure that the wedding party did not miss out on any food. They made the extra effort to find us during photos and bring us appetizers. Our guests have not been able to stop raving about the food and service. All servers were happy and very professional. The family style service was a big hit. No one was left hungry and people had the options for seconds if desired. If you choose to go with Alexis and her team, you will be well taken care of and you will not regret it. I know we will be dreaming of our wedding food for years to come. We've been coming here as a family for a while, so trust me when I say the food is ALWAYS amazing--but when they catered my son's high school graduation party?? They did NOT come to play. The food? Soul-healing, plate-licking... They handled everything flawlessly, and the setup matched the restaurant's elegant vibe . It felt upscale, warm, and just... special. Our guests are STILL texting about the food and asking, "Wait... where was that from again?" So yes, it's a hidden gem ... but honestly, they deserve all the shine! Thank you!

I really wanted to love this place after seeing so many great reviews on TikTok and elsewhere, but…read moreunfortunately, it just wasn't for us. We had an 11:15 reservation for two, but the restaurant was pretty empty, so we honestly didn't feel the reservation was necessary. The atmosphere had an older vibe but was clean and pleasant, and parking was easy. The food was a mixed experience. I ordered the chicken and French toast, which came with 4 pieces of French toast and 4 wings. The chicken was nicely seasoned and the wings were a good size, but the French toast was burnt, made with sliced bread, and had an overpowering cinnamon flavor that I couldn't finish. My sister ordered the breakfast special with eggs, bacon and grits. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly, and the bacon was good. The grits, however, were extremely heavily seasoned. For a basic side of grits, it was simply too much. We also ordered one pancake, and I was surprised to find that the only pancake option is their lemon blueberry ricotta pancake. I don't understand why there isn't a basic pancake batter available. What if you don't like lemon? What if pancakes are the reason you came? Being limited to a lemon-flavored pancake seems like an odd choice for a brunch restaurant. We were also excited about the complimentary champagne, but unfortunately it wasn't cold, and neither was the juice. We weren't offered ice until we asked. Our server was also very difficult to hear, so we missed a lot of what she was saying. She may have been new or nervous, so I don't want to be overly critical, but speaking up and making sure guests know about specials and menu options would improve the experience. Overall, it wasn't one single issue but it was everything together. We genuinely tried to enjoy ourselves, but we were ready to leave and didn't finish our food. I'm glad we tried it, but personally, I wouldn't return. These are just our opinions and our experience, and I know everyone's taste is different.

We drove almost an hour from Spring for it. I can't say enough about how amazing the food is here and I'll definitely be going back. We saw some great options ( Truth, Triple J, Killen's, and Brisket & Rice were all in the running, and we didn't try any of those so can't say on them). This was a thought out choice and I was super excited to try them! Being a family run operation was really awesome to me as well. First the good to great: the staff was super nice and helpful. The brisket was ah-mazing. Not too Smokey but cooked very tender and delicious! The barbecue sauce was on point. Sauces tend to range from too thin to too thick, too sweet to too spicy but Bar A's hit the bulls eye! Not too thin, not too sweet...I really enjoyed the brisket! Walking up, the smells were incredible! A nice outdoor spot to eat (it was a very mild day and just beautiful out..but I digress). Also, the Mac and Cheese...oh my!! Some of the best I've ever had! The downside: We drove an hour and a half especially to eat here...it was our primary reason for heading up to Montgomery! Getting there around 3pm, you would figure is a sweet spot for a restaurant open from like 11-6 on a Friday. When we went to order as we're trying to figure out the plate we want, you know, 2 meats or 3 meats ...sides, yum, as you're drooling, we were going for the TRINITY Plate. Brisket, rib and sausage...a nice cross section. Nope, we can't do a TRINITY. we only have brisket and turkey left. I know a lot of people love turkey. I'm not one of them and my heart was set on Beef. So now we're on a 1 meat and two sides track I guess. Ok, can we do brisket on the one meat? "Sure I can do that" was the cheery reply. So we got two plates brisket, and I asked could you make that moist cut brisket (my favorite, while my wife always prefers the lean). "Nope, sorry, we're all out of moist brisket". Ok, so one plate with cheesy potato casserole (doesn't that just sound amazing?) and Mac & cheese and one plate With cheesy potato casserole and pinto beans, that way we can get more great tastes and share, right? Oh, and bread, pickles, onions and jalapeños. (The bread is Martins and is always amazing if you know what I'm talking about...I think it's potato roll bread?). Got our plates and start to pay...two $20 plates and no drinks, just water. Over $50! Hmmm, well, the one meat tray with brisket has a $4 up charge. Hmmm. Sat down and got to chowing down! Here's where disappointment sets in. As I said, brisket and sauce was on point. The onions are maybe slightly pickled, not sure, but also very good. The meat, was 3 slices of brisket...4 would have been a sweet spot but eh, 3. The sides. Cheesy potato casserole had the texture of rice...I kept thinking it was rice as I ate it. It had some spice to it but very little flavor. Very disappointing. Mac & cheese--ah-mazing! Pinto beans were like a salt-a-holics take on ranch style beans. Not good. Almost not edible. But I was hungry. I put some sauce on the potato casserole and made it taste ok...still couldn't get Over the rice texture (I'm not saying it had rice, but just had the texture of a rice pilaf ). Two pieces of great bread rounded it out! So overall, disappointed that there wasn't more to choose (ribs, moist brisket, sausage) and I get it, They make so much and sell out then that's good business for them. To the customer who drove and hour and a half to eat there, not so good business. The sides were 1 for 3 in the good to great category and worst of all, after spending $50+ on lunch for 2, I was still hungry. I wouldn't have expected that for sure. I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 star but my missing stars shake out like this: 1 went because of availability and then ultimately being up charged for what was left. And 1 went for disappointing 2 out of 3 sides and portion size/value. Sorry, we didn't take any photos of the food.
