They took care of several tasks for us: * removed old intercom system, replaced sheetrock, tape, and texture * removed popcorn ceiling from 2 bedrooms and replaced with new texture * painted both ceilings and the walls in 1 bedroom and a few other spots Their price was reasonable for all the work they did for us. The painting work was all excellent. I was most impressed with their sheetrock texture work. That can be very difficult to match with the old, existing texture. I can't even tell where most of the intercoms used to be, I am amazed. It can be difficult to find people who will do the work as good (or better) than you would have done it, but JLO is that guy. He clearly takes pride in the work and strives to make sure you are satisfied. Just don't be disappointed if Jennifer Lopez doesn't show up with paintbrush in hand. ;-) read more

Their tools and supples are always neatly tucked away when they leave the job site. Each night before they left, the would blow the driveway clean. Professional and fast! Juan was able to help with a last minute lawn painting request and he was professional and resourceful. The environcolor paint was not available anywhere in the local homedepot/ace hardware/Lowe's. The ones available will burn the grass, so he called me and without me asking, he ordered replacement and paid for overnight shipping to have them delivered and painted next morning, without charging me extra. Juan came out for a small paint patch up job on a door. When he saw that it was going to be a smaller job than expected, he wanted to charge a lower price than the price he had quoted over Yelp, which was already on the lower end. When he wasn't happy with his first attempt at patching up the issue, he voluntarily said he'd come back for it after it dries so he can do a cleaner sand + primer + paint job, which he did just a couple of hrs later. Afterwards he even gave me his paint and roller so I can touch things up around the house myself. Juan is an honest, dedicated and generous business owner. This included fence posts, fence gate, gutters, downspouts, fascia, door / window frames and belly band all of which was painted BM regal black paint contrasting with BM cloud white used for the body. The price was very affordable and Juan helped advise on the paint color and sheen which would suit our house. The team took great care in finishing touches with the paint work especially in regards to the black trim. They were very accommodating with minor changes to the requirements. We had other painters work in our house before, but JLO did the best job so far: 1) showed up at exactly the agreed upon time both to provide a quote, and every day to actually do the job. 2) we had some scheduling constraints, but they managed to get the job done within 3 days of agreeing on the quote. 3) meticulous and attentive to details: recommended the best kind of paints to use, they matched existing colors for better looking finishes around the edges where previous painters had simply left a line of the old/wrong color or to finish the closets, made sure to remove all plugs, patch holes, paint/refinish window seals, removed air vents except one that had to be painted over and replaced one at our request, did some extra work to better finish a wall and a door that weren't part of the original quote, and at the end of it we pretty much could not find any stain - while we were plagued by stains with previous jobs Would highly recommend. read more
