He even laughed at me for not quickly responding to his questions about my business using Yelp. Welp, I am aware of Yelp. This company may not be all that bad, but they sure need to find some better people for their sales team. I can't get over how rude he was. I had an order placed days in advance with a competitor and it was not completed on pick up day. I found Sir Speedy online in desperation. They formatted, printed and complete my order within an hour- same day I ordered. I was impressed with the knowledge of the best card stock to use, the quality of the finished product and customer service. My biggest surprise was the price...much cheaper than many competitors. The location is a little hidden. I missed the turn twice but what a great find when I did. If you have printing needs, definitely give them a try.

They are speedy and reliable, called timely when my order was ready. Ideally I'd like to have all my marketing items printed/planned well ahead of time, but of course, the entertainment business can allow little time for creation/process/printing etc. so this will be my go-to spot because Alphagraphics just MAKES IT HAPPEN!
