The staff are friendly and helpful and being a small family operated business, the owners also d a lot of the work themselves along with a few co-workers. I submitted the info and a couple of weeks later, still no response. I then called them. I spoke with a woman and she found my original email and asked if they could have a chance to review it and call me back. I said no problem, it is now May 15th (a couple of weeks since I spoke with her) and I still have not heard back from them. I am not in a hurry for this project and if they were short staffed I wouldn't have minded waiting until they had availability, but I don't understand the total lack of response.
