You will not find a more cost competitive company while getting amazing service, the highest quality materials and top notch installation. The co-owners, Gabriela (office) and Juan (team lead), and their crew are so easy to work with and assure your total satisfaction through the whole process - they care and their craftsmanship is top notch. Ortiz is highly rated, fully licensed with excellent warranties on their install and a product warranty backed by a high-quality manufacturer. I ran a bid process across 4 companies large to local for a multi-neighbor vinyl fencing project. i used recommendations from a neighbor's property management company, a prior fence company I had used along with finding Ortiz through current research. Ortiz was the clear winner! Ortiz outbid one easily, was the same per foot cost as a larger fence company (Ortiz offered superior product, service and install), and beat a highly rated local company offering $2 less per foot whose customer pictures looked great but pictures are deceiving (that many homeowners would not catch). This one lower cost company uses inferior, less durable 11 1/2 in panels which did not have the UV, weather protection of the high quality manufacturer used by Ortiz. Do not be fooled.

They rarely do a good job on the first try, which for me means that my yard is extra torn up from three different crews coming in and out over the course of a month or so trying to get my fence looking decent. I have pictures after the job was first finished that would make you cringe, pictures after the second crew came out to fix the first mistakes that might make you cringe a little less, and pictures after the third crew left that would have you cringing less, buts still scratching your head. The whole process from the time that we had the estimate, to the completion of the project has been extremely professional. Every commitment that was made to me was kept, and the quality of the workmanship is absolutely perfect. In fact, if you get the opportunity to request Joe, Aaron, Joe Junior and Juan to do your installation, I would rather wait an extra 2 to 3 weeks until those guys were available. I'm sure the other guys that they have are very good, but I just don't know them. But these guys did my installation and the workmanship is superb. The attention to detail, the angle cuts. Joe is an experienced master carpenter and knows exactly what he's doing. Anyway, this is absolutely a top notch company and it's the second time that I have used them for fencing, and they will be the only company I ever called for fencing. And as an added bonus, their pricing is exceptionally competitive.
