Emy was immediately responsive, surveyed the house, and collaborated with me on a plan of action. Armed only with a rough outline of what to keep/toss, she and her AMAZING crew cleared out, organized, and thoroughly cleaned a 2400sq ft house in just 1 day. I'm still in awe. If Crystal Clean can do that, imagine what they could do for a normal situation. Big or small, Emy's team is the one to hire. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We hired Crystal Clean to clean up our new home that was dusty from sitting vacant since the…read morebeginning of summer. Emy came out to survey the home and found it odd that we wanted the place to just be quick cleaned before any work done to the house. We are not doing any major renovations just teardown of kitchen cabinets replaced with new ones (the counter top and sink were all staying), basement (foundation, HVAC) and roof was going to be done as well. My husband and I will be staying in the house during these construction work and I have terrible allergies which I should of mentioned but I found Emy a bit intimidating. She found our request to be very odd since folks usually request cleaning before move in not before any type of construction done. It made me a bit uncomfortable and honestly it wasn't an odd request since she walked around and noted how dirty some things were. Either way my husband and I really liked the customer testimonials and pictures on their website so we hired them. $600 was the quote we got and we thought it was fair since we really wanted a lot of the dust and dirt gone for a 2,200 square foot home. Emy scheduled us immediately even though she said the day she put us down for that her crew is pretty busy. Again we trusted her. The day of the cleaning schedule came and only one guy showed up at 10:30am . He said he wanted to set up for the crew and that the crew will come help him a little later. Well at around 3pm, my husband told me the rest of the crew was a no show and they will not be helping this poor guy. I wasn't present for the cleaning because again I have allergies and wanted to avoid all the dust and debris being shuffled around during cleaning. The amazing solo cleaner (I was so upset that my husband did not catch his name) did an amazing QUICK cleaning throughout the house. He got every spot we requested during Emy's consultation and he finished everything in about 5 hours. I'm glad this was not a deep cleaning job because I would of been extremely upset knowing one guy was doing all this hard work at such limited time when it's suppose to be a crew of people. I wanted to give them 3 stars but the solo worker earned them the extra star. I'd give the guy 10 stars and Emy's terrible scheduling 1 star, we didn't get the crew that she had promised us. We are happy with the work this awesome gentleman did for our house but unfortunately will not be rehiring Crystal Clean ever again. The next cleaning we wanted them for was before move in but after this experience and seeing how much stressed they put their workers through, we will look elsewhere. They also don't hand out receipts after the work is done. it was very unsettling paying cash and not getting any type of receipt.

I hired this company for a deep clean hoping it would help me get my home back in order during an…read moreextremely difficult time in my life. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. During the cleaning, the crew broke my television and a utensil crock, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning itself was careless and unprofessional. Wall pictures were left crooked, the attic light was left on, and the liner from my bath mat was thrown away without asking. The most alarming and unacceptable issue was that the crew left my front door wide open when they left the house. It remained open for hours until my daughter came home from work and discovered it. This is an extremely serious safety issue that never should have happened. When I contacted the owner to discuss these problems, instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were condescending and dismissive. There was no accountability for the broken items, the careless work, or the security risk created by leaving my home open. I had reached out for help during a very vulnerable time -- after multiple deaths in the family, losing our senior dogs, recovering from a chronic illness, and managing renovations on a second home while my primary home had been neglected. I trusted this company to help bring some relief during an already overwhelming period. Instead, the experience added more stress and frustration. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Based on my experience, there was a complete lack of care, professionalism, and accountability.

I'm not saying the house wasn't 50-60% cleaner, because technically it was. I'm not saying I lied about how dirty it was to begin with, I specially said the word "filthy" when requesting a quote. What I am saying is I told everyone at the company I spoke to that I understand it's a big job and I am happy to pay more to have cleaners stay longer and get this job done so I don't have to stress it. Here I am stressing it. There is literally nothing in the house but walls and floors, no furniture and no carpet, yet somehow they didn't have time to clean the hardware on cabinet fronts or even clean inside the cabinets themselves. Or the light fixtures, or the face plates on half the light switches and electrical outlets or the big clumps of dust and dog hair hanging off the edges of the cabinet bases. In summation! No I'm not satisfied, no I would not recommend and no I definitely won't use them again.
