    Excellent Cleaning, but Serious Administrative Failures by Ownership…read more While the cleaning team at Always Immaculate provides high-quality service, the administrative side of the business--specifically the billing and communication managed by the owner, Sally--is a major source of frustration. There is a documented disconnect between the work performed on-site and the invoices generated by Sally's office. The Billing Discrepancy: We understand that it's difficult to charge down to the minute, so we were Ok with the rounding to the nearest 10 minutes just for simplicity. While we never reported any incidental overcharges and payments, we received balance due invoices after the fact for the same incidental amounts. On January 6th, I was invoiced for four cleaners. However, both the on-site receipts and Ring Doorbell footage confirm that only three cleaners actually arrived. Despite the reduced labor, Sally sent an invoice claiming a balance of $28.27 was still owed (and another invoice for a previous service for $3.23). After conducting a thorough audit of the actual labor provided on Jan 6th (3 people for 1:20 hours each = 4 man-hours at $39.00/hour), the math shows that no balance was owed. In fact, due to the missing cleaner, I had already overpaid by $54.90 (the equivalent of 1 cleaner for 1:20 hours) Lack of Accountability from Ownership: The most disappointing part of this experience has been the total lack of professional communication from Sally. Multiple attempts to resolve this obvious mathematical error have been completely ignored. It is unacceptable for an owner to be so quick to request more money while remaining silent when presented with evidence of a significant overcharge. Bottom Line: While the cleaners themselves do a great job, I would strongly recommend NOT giving this company your business. But for anyone that does decide to go with an "Always Immaculate" or is already a customer, make sure to meticulously track arrival and departure times. Verify and calculate every invoice for actual hours and calculation against your own records. While everyone can make an error on occasion, once you approach Sally with a billing error not in her favor, her customer service is completely unreliable and unresponsive. Which even more so supports the conclusion that she is dishonest and may be purposely overcharging in small increments

Emy was immediately responsive, surveyed the house, and collaborated with me on a plan of action. Armed only with a rough outline of what to keep/toss, she and her AMAZING crew cleared out, organized, and thoroughly cleaned a 2400sq ft house in just 1 day. I'm still in awe. Emy came out to survey the home and found it odd that we wanted the place to just be quick cleaned before any work done to the house. We are not doing any major renovations just teardown of kitchen cabinets replaced with new ones (the counter top and sink were all staying), basement (foundation, HVAC) and roof was going to be done as well. My husband and I will be staying in the house during these construction work and I have terrible allergies which I should of mentioned but I found Emy a bit intimidating. She found our request to be very odd since folks usually request cleaning before move in not before any type of construction done. It made me a bit uncomfortable and honestly it wasn't an odd request since she walked around and noted how dirty some things were. Either way my husband and I really liked the customer testimonials and pictures on their website so we hired them. $600 was the quote we got and we thought it was fair since we really wanted a lot of the dust and dirt gone for a 2,200 square foot home. Emy scheduled us immediately even though she said the day she put us down for that her crew is pretty busy. Again we trusted her. The day of the cleaning schedule came and only one guy showed up at 10:30am . He said he wanted to set up for the crew and that the crew will come help him a little later. Well at around 3pm, my husband told me the rest of the crew was a no show and they will not be helping this poor guy. I wasn't present for the cleaning because again I have allergies and wanted to avoid all the dust and debris being shuffled around during cleaning. The amazing solo cleaner (I was so upset that my husband did not catch his name) did an amazing QUICK cleaning throughout the house. He got every spot we requested during Emy's consultation and he finished everything in about 5 hours. I'm glad this was not a deep cleaning job because I would of been extremely upset knowing one guy was doing all this hard work at such limited time when it's suppose to be a crew of people. I wanted to give them 3 stars but the solo worker earned them the extra star. I'd give the guy 10 stars and Emy's terrible scheduling 1 star, we didn't get the crew that she had promised us. We are happy with the work this awesome gentleman did for our house but unfortunately will not be rehiring Crystal Clean ever again. The next cleaning we wanted them for was before move in but after this experience and seeing how much stressed they put their workers through, we will look elsewhere. They also don't hand out receipts after the work is done. it was very unsettling paying cash and not getting any type of receipt.
