Jose returned my call immediately and came over that afternoon to provide a quote for both. The stucco work was scheduled quickly and the work completed in one day. The work was excellent and clean up was great (other than leaving half a dozen empty water bottles scattered along the house). However, when it came time to paint, we were ghosted. We left several messages and none were returned. We were worried about his welfare but when a week or so later we saw someone down the street having stucco repairs done by this company (they likely got info from workers as they walked past our house) we knew he was okay and still in business. We had a good rapport with Jose and his employees, there is no excuse for ghosting us. After a week of no contact, we were forced to play general contractor again to find painters, get quotes, and set up scheduling. What could have been a raging endorsement has been marred by the fact that not only was the work incomplete, we were left hanging. This turned into a two-month ordeal. We still have not heard back from them months later. Very disappointed.

So when we were referred by a friend to Henry at Safety First we decided to give them a call. From the moment we called he was great. We set up a time to get a free estimate for our 2200 Swift house. Our windows are huge and I was worried it would be crazy expensive. I was pleasantly surprised once he arrived it was so much less than I expected. We paid a deposit up front and he gave us a time frame when they would be ready and installed. There was a small delay that made about a week longer to install due to me going out of town and his employees being on another job, but he was quick to get back to me and even ended up coming alone to install everything so we didn't have to wait any longer. He even let us know he could make us two custom screens for our beck door that our dogs couldn't ruin which made me ecstatic because we gave up having one to the back door. Our house looks amazing and it feels wonderful to have the windows open. He even let us know SRP offers a rebate for installing security screens. I had no idea. Great service and I'm so happy with the results.
