I should have considered that we were the only people in line at 12:00 pm. My bad Wife and I ordered 3 tacos and 1 chorizo potato taco/burrito. I should've taken a picture *before I began devouring it*, but I was wildly and pleasantly surprised when the sweet lady who waited on me, asked how I wanted my steak cooked. Really? This is a food truck, I really didn't expect much of a steak, but when it showed up the steak was perfectly medium rare and really nice quality meat. There were four huge shrimp that were at least two bites a piece, 20+ juicy flavorful bites of steak and with the rice and stirfry vegetables the flavor explosion was rounded out with their exceptional yummy sauce. I don't know what's in that stuff but it's like crack, and this was a heck of a deal! Not only that, but this is some of the best Asian influenced food that I've had in quite some time. Moist, delicious and loaded with flavor. I know I'm going to butcher the lady's name that works the food truck, but I believe it's Ariani ? Either way, be sure and stop in there, say hello and fill your empty belly to overflowing while satisfying your taste buds because I guarantee you will not be disappointed
