We contacted Nick at Colonna Consulting and easily scheduled a date for the assessment. We were also finally given a date by the first company, which was one day earlier than Nick's schedule. Their contract stated that reports were usually ready in 2-3 days, but that this was not guaranteed. Nick told us we could have a report the same day and that he would work on the architectural drawing over the weekend (appointment was on a Friday afternoon) if we needed one. We are very happy that we decided to go with Colonna Consulting. Nick arrived on time for our appointment. He was very professional and spent more time than we expected explaining what he found and the appropriate remedy. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions.
