We tried installing the same faucet a few days earlier, but it ended up leaking under the sink cabinet anytime water splashed around the stainless steel faucet's base/deck plate. Shawn reinstalled the faucet base/deck plate with a silicone sealant, and made sure everything was as tight as it should be, so no more leaks. Shawn also very kindly provided competitive estimates when I asked about other potential plumbing and electrical work we might want done. Regarding each item, he carefully looked over all the details, made note of things to keep an eye on because all of it is working fine now, explained how the work should be done, how to know when it needs to be done, and what those costs would be if they needed to be done now. This was a big job for me and based on Shawn's 5 star Google reviews I decided to get a quote. I received several quotes and it was clear that Shawn is very committed to a quality install and provided suggestions on quality products. For example, he did a copper installation since my whole house is already copper. Other plumbers were pushing PVC. There are pros and cons to either but I wanted to stick to all copper. I watched countless YouTube videos and came in with a strong opinion about what I wanted. Not all plumbers welcome this but Shawn patiently listened, answered all my questions, watched the YouTube videos, explained everything and was very respectful throughout the whole process.
