My car smelled like BO when I got into it after they washed it. The workers actually got mad at him and said he was making a big deal out of nothing. They called the owner who had a terrible attitude and refused to acknowledge they were at fault, but agreed to pay for it to be fixed, AFTER my son gets it fixed (which means they won't pay for it, of course). They refused to put anything in writing. This is how shady businesses act. The owner is a scumbag. Do NOT waste your money at this place or you risk your car getting damaged by a poorly run and owned business.

Had my 2024 Tesla Model Y detailed with the top package and could not be happier with the results. Equal to or better than the way the car looked when I bought it. Nothing was overlooked. Wish the car could stay like this! Probably will do this service once a year and continue with the alternating between automatic and hand car wash.

I don't get it. How can the function of paying for a car wash be so consistently difficult?…read more My wife and I started coming here because the place up the street raised their price to $8 for a cheap wash (which leaves a nice amount of soap on your car). But this place has been worse. Every time I've come here there has been a problem with the credit card reader. Today I went to the lane on the left. And all the cars lined up behind me needed to backup and let me out, because it would not take my card. This is the third time I've had this problem, across both lanes. Also, I had bought my wife a gift card for Xmas. But the readers have trouble with it. So they told her she needs to come into the office and get a code, to then type in when she picks a lane. Really?? Every time this is what she needs to do? What a hassle. We're done with this place. Looking for a new option. Gonna start trying the big new gas station place out on Route 83 & Archer.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I took my vehicle to A-Team Tire & Auto on Joliet Road because my A/C was working on and off, sometimes blowing hot air, and the A/C fan was making a loud, unusual noise. What followed was a nightmare. I went back four times and spent almost $1,400, yet the loud fan noise I originally complained about was never properly addressed. I eventually had to take my vehicle to the dealership and spend another $250. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I brought the dealership receipt back to the owner, the original complaint about the loud noise was nowhere on A-Team's invoice. I clearly mentioned the noise from the beginning, the manager heard me describe it, and even commented on the issue. For that complaint to somehow not appear on the paperwork afterward seems pretty fishy to me. A few weeks later, I also noticed that my dashboard A/C vents were damaged. When I brought this up, I was told by the manager" They wouldn't have had any reason to mess with the vents." Pretty interesting to me how you wouldn't have a reason to mess with my vents, when the whole reason for being there was no ac/ ents blowing hot air and noise coming from fan... And after all of that, the A/C isn't even blowing cold. After four trips, nearly $1,400 spent at this shop, another $250 at the dealership, and all the frustration I've dealt with, I still don't have an A/C system that works properly. I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this shop.
