Been coming here for many years and was generally happy with service. Had my 2024 Tesla Model Y detailed with the top package and could not be happier with the results. Equal to or better than the way the car looked when I bought it. Nothing was overlooked. Wish the car could stay like this! Probably will do this service once a year and continue with the alternating between automatic and hand car wash.

I don't get it. How can the function of paying for a car wash be so consistently difficult?…read more My wife and I started coming here because the place up the street raised their price to $8 for a cheap wash (which leaves a nice amount of soap on your car). But this place has been worse. Every time I've come here there has been a problem with the credit card reader. Today I went to the lane on the left. And all the cars lined up behind me needed to backup and let me out, because it would not take my card. This is the third time I've had this problem, across both lanes. Also, I had bought my wife a gift card for Xmas. But the readers have trouble with it. So they told her she needs to come into the office and get a code, to then type in when she picks a lane. Really?? Every time this is what she needs to do? What a hassle. We're done with this place. Looking for a new option. Gonna start trying the big new gas station place out on Route 83 & Archer.

They then proceeded to charge me $340 and I was dumb enough to tip the detailer $60 for a total of $400 down the drain! I don't eat or drink in my car so the only thing that was dirty was some surface cigarette ashes which even a first grader could clean. Of course they cleaned the outside but that's not at all when I went in there for because I could have done the same thing at any old car wash, so essentially all I got was a $400 glorified car wash

The car did not look like it had been detailed from the inside which was a turn off coupled with the fact that they were all too busy to help, I just gave them the keys and left. Maybe it was just bad timing.

The diffuser install ended up being a headache. Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.
