I brought my car in because I had some stains on my front seats and that was The only reason I brought the car in. They couldn't get any of the stains out. Not even a little! Not one bit! They then proceeded to charge me $340 and I was dumb enough to tip the detailer $60 for a total of $400 down the drain! Was interested in one of the cars they had on the lot but everyone was busy with what looked like one sale. After waiting for a while, they just handed me the keys to take a look at the car. The car did not look like it had been detailed from the inside which was a turn off coupled with the fact that they were all too busy to help, I just gave them the keys and left. I found the company via a Facebook ad selling a car, apparently they also are used car dealer. Not sure if we will buy the car I test drove last night but they went amazingly out if their way to help me out without a hint of reservation. I mentioned that level of customer service is rare and needed to be commended. Apparently they are pretty good at detailing as well, too bad they are 90 minutes away from me. I took my girlfriend's Hyundai Tuscon to GL for a full interior and exterior detail. Her car was a train wreck. She uses it to take her two pitties on walks out in the country every week and it looked like she'd been off-roading in the mud with the doors open. Between that and the dog hair, it was just ridiculous. Man. This thing looked better than the day she bought it. Damned near brand new. Very happy with the car detailing. I brought in a 2012 Ford Escape that we have been using as a company service vehicle. It's pretty beat up and filthy.
