What a stand up operation, which seems to be a rarity in this day & age…read more Our washer broke the night we came back from vacation. As a family of 5, that was a big deal! We called a few places & they were all scheduling days out. But not these guys! They came the SAME day! They quickly diagnosed the problem; a fried board. Got a price right away for the replacement part & labor & told us how long it would take for it to arrive. They called as soon as it came in & came back that day to install. When he put in the new part, it burned out right away. He found that there was a short that originated further down & that there was an additional board that was fried, making 2 in total. He advised that between the 2 boards & labor, it would cost more to fix it than to get a new washer & recommended we not fix it. He then said he wasn't charging me for the first board since it shorted right away & all I ended up paying for was the initial visit/diagnostic fee...that's it! I can't say enough how much I appreciated his honestly & the fact that he genuinely didn't want to see us blow money unnecessarily.
