The employee pretended not to speak Spanish (despite me hearing her speak it with the staff). When I saw that she was preparing the product incorrectly, I told her it was not what I had ordered. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, the staff reacted with a mocking, arrogant, and defiant attitude. They even called the owner because, according to them, there was nothing they could do, even though the cameras could have verified what was happening. The issue is not the money, but the unwillingness to properly serve customers, especially Spanish-speaking customers. If you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there, and the owner shouldn't have employees like that.

The man named Rocky asked where I was visiting from, and when I told him Tacoma, he smiled and said, "I'm from Tacoma too!" Such a small world!
