They caught the cement not mixing and told the truck to leave the job site. Contractor ended up tearing up junk concrete. Then using another concrete company to finish the job. So to continue on this crappy cement pad deal. I have spent time and money and anguish on what Mikes will not do anything about. As I was using my 3,000 psi preasure washer to clean the cement, the water was leaving cut marks in the concrete. It was cutting the concrete! I called and asked Connie if they had any sort of guarantee on the quality of cement. She said "no, they do not" She spoke that she had not heard of any compalints in the 15 years that she has been there. NOT TRUE! as I called 5 times about it in the last year. You are welcome call me and come and look at what they left me with. I can show you where the concrete is soft and it turns up concrete dust using wire brush. 541-526-0910.
