Found these guys on FB in a snowmobile chat room, was recommended by a NY native. Best customer service, huge selection of trailer, easy financing. Beyond disappointing. Lack of concern for safety. No warranty to speak of. Didn't ask for pictures of the issues. We bought new with a spare tire...a used one would serve us better. Apparently focused on sales. Not service or customer safety read more
