We had him fix three exterior doors that had suffered weathering, some rot, and dislocation over time, and replace the weather-stripping on two. All three now work great, the rot was removed, and the cold air is staying out. Just call Jim, and he'll get back to you with an estimate, a date and a time, and he'll be early on the date he said. He'll make your door right, regardless of how messed up it's gotten over time, for a very reasonable cost.
