When I initially called to ask if they could repair my broken tire, the lady was very rude to me and did not give me a clear answer as to whether they could assist me. Since there were not really any other options nearby, I decided to lug my car over to Dale's with 3-properly working tires and a blow out. When I got there, the lady who I spoke with on the phone and another man were sitting in the office looking down. They did not even look up or acknowedge that I was in their place of business. I had to initiate the conversation, and they seemed very unenthused that I was even at their so-called "business". After looking at my car, the man told me that they did not have my size of tire in stock. That was it. No referrals to any other auto repair shops that could assist me nor to any tow truck companies. When I politely asked if I would be able to leave my vehicle parked there until a tow truck came, the man responded with a shrug, and reluctantly told me "I guess so". Not only did they seem to have a lack of basic inventory necessary for repairs (I needed one tire for my 2010 Toyota Corolla - not like I was asking for a Lamborghini engine), they treated me with the upmost disrespect. Car troubles never brighten your day, and going to Dale's definitely made my afternoon even worse. I would not recommend anyone to give their business to this shop, even if by the slightest chance they did have the necessary parts in stock. I discovered this business while looking for towing services around me. The dispatcher was able to swiftly assist me and direct me to the nearest driver who could tow my vehicle.
