Quick and efficient load up of my lowered and modified car. He took me back into Houston so I could get my tire replaced. While the tow to the nearest dealership was about 20-30 miles (Brenham) they offered a more than fair price for the service. This recommendation turned out to be very good as the engine block had split due to a design issue and only a dealer could work with me and FCA corporate to figure out a goodwill settlement on the cost of a new engine. The service was also incredibly patient and helpful as my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and was in the car with my mother-in-law, my daughter and had just picked up her mother-in-law's terminally diagnosed dog. Needless to say, Crosby towing was the one bright spot in an otherwise crappy day!
