We contacted 24/7 Septic Solutions about strong sewage odors near the tanks they installed and the…read morehouse. Cameron diagnosed that the pump wasn't plugged in, plugged it in, and said the smell should go away. It didn't. We later reported that the odor was still strong at the main entrance and asked them to check the seals and lids. After additional follow-ups, we sent photos showing an open lid, one tank running high, and ground settling/caving around a tank. Cameron acknowledged the lid needed screws and said the dirt had just settled. He repeatedly promised to come "next week," "this weekend," or "tomorrow or Thursday at the latest." That was months ago. Despite multiple polite requests for a firm date, the work still isn't finished. When pressed for a clear yes-or-no answer on whether they would complete the job, the response shifted to excuses -- busy with other jobs, small operation, high diesel prices, rainy season, and that they were "basically doing it for free." He also brought up how long it took us to pay after the original contract, claimed the missing/broken riser isn't affecting system performance, and suggested we just cover the lid instead of replacing the riser.A simple lid/riser repair should not take three-plus months of chasing. Communication was inconsistent, commitments were repeatedly broken, and the customer ends up having to push hard just to get a straight answer. Not the kind of service or reliability you want when dealing with a septic system. Save yourself headaches. Avoid working with this kid.

The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. They arrived promptly and dug a hole. they were unable to open the septic even though it was recently opened and pumped. The hole they dug filled with water which is OK as it had been raining about 10 inches or more over the last 5 days. They left a mess in the yard failing to replace the sod, but with rocks on top, failed to open the system to inspect, They said sorry your field is flooded, pay me. They said their expert would call or visit the next day but they failed to show. Sorry guys, but Southern Water just doesn't deliver.

By 9:30, I called them to check on the status of the service. A young man answered and said he would contact the driver and call me back. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.

We have the new one which I definitely prefer to the one my parents had from 1988. In the office I had spoken with Sarah to set up my first inspection. Very personable, patient and had me set up within a week's time. Mike had come out to do the inspection, I unfortunately had stepped out but he took the time and explained everything that needed to be done and why over my Ring camera and Francis called me a day later to set up the cleaning. (Septic was not cleaned out from previous owner, good news is we get to start fresh!) Francis called yesterday to verify time for technician to arrive. Messiah arrived this morning, was extremely nice, explained what he was doing answered questions and that once he was done that another technician David would be by to turn off the water and let me know what we will need to do going forward. I didn't know how full the tank needed to be so an hour later I called and spoke with Francis asking if I needed to turn off the water and she said she would check in with David and put me on a brief hold. She got back on the phone not a minute later, as David was pulling up, to let me know he was almost here. Honestly, everyone who works phones should be as nice as Francis! David introduced himself, he explained about the tank once I said I was a new homeowner, I asked a million more questions which he answered every single one. Once again just so polite, patient, the staff at Cliff's is amazing! Whoever does the hiring and training A+! I went from a new nervous nellie to a well informed homeowner. I really appreciate the time the techs took to answer my questions and explain what needed to be done. Never once did I feel like a nuisance or rushed. Keep up the good work! This guys quote was $12,000 more than Pope's Well Drilling (who I selected to do my job), $11,000 more than Boyette Pump and Well Service, and $14,000 more than Pasco Well Drilling. All quotes were for the same depth, materials, pump, and water pressure tank. You sir are a disgrace. You grossly overquoted the job and took my money with a smirk on your face. All you wanted to do was pass go and collect $225 without doing any work or service. Contractors like you are the worst of the worst. Do not use Technical Pump. You can't trust people like this.
