Ok, I have been getting my nails done here on and off for 10 years. I say 'on and off' because I am terrible about getting maintenance done. By the time I go for a pedicure it is literally time to get my 'hooves trimmed and polished'. They always do a great job, and I have no complaints. It is not fancy. It is dated. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Tipped them $15 and my nails started coming off the next day, half of them. They were extremely rude. Didn't even want to fix them. The lady told me her name was "ann" but it took her about 2 minutes to come up with that so I don't know if that's real. she refused to give me jimmy's actual last name, or his phone number. My friend and I went here. They did NOT tell us they were cash only. They had me walk to Enterprise bank to pull out the money. Nails were $70 but def not worth it when most nail artist would've done $50-60. Super nice inside but never going here again. Said my friends nail design would've been 100+ for french tips on a few nails and squiggle lines on the others. Made my friend bleed (yes it happens) but gave her a dirty look when cleaning her tool. Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon and unprofessional results. I came in with my daughter to get French tips done it was 2 ladies working. My daughter was not asked the length of what she wanted they just cut them down. Also she left her sitting for 40 mins while another person came and got a whole pedicure. I simply asked when will she be done and all I got is well it does take an hour or more to get your nails done. I had to get mine done and she finished my daughter's nails too. Me on the other hand asked for square/round and it's not what I got. Only one top coat on each hand , no cuticle oil or nothing. Let the picture speak for it self. The lady who did my nails never asked why I was not happy and the other one simply ignored us took more customers. They don't care about customers only money and it cash only no debit/card. I got my nails done on a Saturday. They ignored my request when i said no almond nails. They also ignored my request to paint down to my cuticles because they already looked grown out. 2 days and a nail pops off and thepaint is chipping. Ive never in my life been talked to crazy like the main bitch was treating me. All i wanted was my 60 dollar fucking nails to last atleast 2 wks. Here we are a week later and another one pops off along with the shit show of all the paint coming off. Went in to get it fixed because as I stated I've had problems since Monday and she refused. Gave me attitude and said it's my fault. Told me I would have to pay for a fill. I said please remove them then she said no. So I ripped them off in the store. Sorry not sorry. I wor hard for my money as a single mother and this was my treat to myself and bow I've done nothing but cry because I'm pissed off. 0 stars. Worst shop ever. I am actually sitting in here with a friend while she is getting her nails done. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted. The first thing that happened when we walked in was that we were basically told to hurry up and pick a color. So I was already somewhat aggravated and then I saw one of the women working tell another teen girl getting her nails done that they do not accept card. THERE IS NO SIGN ANYWHERE. So she basically pushed the girl out into the freezing cold saying "there is an ATM over there across the street" and made her walk across. My friend only had card too so I went to go get cash out for her and was getting dirty looks from this lady. When I came back she was rude, full of snarky comments, and not pleasant to be around. Then, she got up and completely stopped doing my friends nails to begin on someone else's. I took my two daughters, as well as myself to get mani/pedis done. The price says $25/$15 for each. That's $40 per person. At the end of our service, I was told they only take cash, so I had to run to an atm. Then, I get back and was told the cost was $160. That's $40 over what the sign said, so we will not be going back. The one lady was rude and the other girl actually made conversation. Recently went here with a friend to get my gel nails removed. I don't know much about getting these removed, but all they did was rip them off, which I could have done at home. They also insisted my friend get gel nails and refused to do anything else...and they are cash only, no sign says this, so be prepared. read more

I love the service at Jimmy's. They are very thorough and never do sloppy work. I'm very picky about my nails and 3 times in a row they have been perfect. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure. They do not accept credit cards so bring cash FYI! read more
