I am always mixing it up on her & she's always very accommodating. Today I got a pedicure & a fill. L2 offers different tiers of pedicures which is nice when you want a little more extra self care time or just keep it simple. They also offer gel, acrylic & dip which is really nice to have the option. The best thing about this place is that they're open on Sundays pretty late & usually you cannot find a nail place open on Sundays. I love how clean it is & it's very open & I love all of the plants she has inside. I definitely recommend L2 in Crystal City by the drivers license office!

No gel or acrylic I was highly unsatisfied with the level of service and I don't ever take the time to write reviews bc I'm not a complainer; however, it's disappointing to pay $80 for service that is done poorly. I've worked with Hannah the nail tech before so I trusted she'd follow through to do good this time too. Wrong, she didn't care nail polish was all on my fingers and toes looked very sloppy like a child did it. The top coat was clumpy, pedicure water burned me was so hot. Had to ask her to clean up the nail polish she got stuck under my nail, terrible. The kicker was she was on her phone using messenger sending laughing emojis completely unprofessional. Will never use Hannah or King Nails.

I started communicating with the salon in late April early May for my September wedding. When I…read morefirst started the conversation, I specifically laid out what I needed. I said I needed in home services the morning of my wedding for myself and 5 other ladies. Communication was sparse, but I finally got an answer at the beginning of June saying they could do it. I booked a trial for mid July (which cost me $132) and it went great. Three weeks prior to my wedding the owner called and left a voicemail. I immediately called her back within 5 minutes and I did not get an answer. The following afternoon, she finally returned my call and said that her salon would not be able to perform the services on the day of my wedding. She claimed that she tried calling me in June to say that her studio would not be able to do an in home visit. She made no such call as I did not have a missed call from this number. I also had an employee of the salon call 4 weeks before the wedding to get pictures of the hairdos that the ladies wanted. The studio owner claimed that she would assist in finding someone to do hair and makeup for my wedding and would refund my money from the trial. We are almost a month past my wedding and I have not heard from her or received a refund since she called and canceled everything on August 18th. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Studio 7 to my worst enemy let alone anyone a friend or family member.

On a routine basis over the years, I have always gotten gel dipped nails, which is a service that not all nail salons provide. Tiffany does all of the other nail services, as well as gel dipped nails. I am looking forward to having Tiffany as my regular gel dipped nail person for a very long time.
