No matter my request- I know there's someone who can meet my needs. Kelly has done countless color corrections for me, and Sydney enhances my natural blonde. Have been loving this natural ginger color that Alex achieves!!! Ellie did my lash extensions for a long time and I always got tons of compliments. Now I see Kailee for a lash lift/tint and am so satisfied with the results!!! Anna has given me henna-freckles and they look very natural and fun!!! I see Dr. Melton for laser hair removal, and am so thrilled with the results I've seen over the past few months. She makes the entire procedure very comfortable! Kim does my facials, and has saved my skin so many times. Her expertise has helped me in so many ways.

    I have been a patient at this office for several years. A few years ago, I had a root canal and…read morecrown done here, and ever since, I have experienced ongoing issues and repeated infections with that tooth. Despite this, every time I called requesting a callback, I never received one. About four weeks ago, the tooth became sore for about a week. The following week, I went in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist was great, and I mentioned the pain I had experienced. She took an X-ray and said she did see something concerning, and that Dr. Schmieder would reach out to me. Three more weeks passed with no call. I finally reached out again, and I still never spoke to Dr. Schmieder directly. The only communication I received was from the front desk. The secretary called and informed me--very casually--that the doctor said I have an infection in the tooth, that I need antibiotics, and that I need to see a specialist. There was no urgency, no offer to bring me back in, and no explanation that the root canal may have failed. I have now been dealing with an infected tooth for weeks, an infection that could potentially spread to other parts of the body. Yet not once did the doctor call me personally to explain the situation or apologize for the lack of communication. This is unacceptable. I plan to file a complaint with the Missouri Dental Board and am considering legal options as well. My name is Richard McCabe. I posted this review on Thursday--it's now Friday--and still no call. Dentists may work four days a week, but in my line of work, no matter how busy I am or whether I'm off the clock, I always return my customers' calls. Basic communication and patient care should not be too much to expect.

So I'm unfamiliar with how hair styles can affect your choice of coloring, highlighting, etc. Today I went and asked for a balayage, which I have had done before and the results were stunning!! But this time was not the case unfortunately. When I went in, I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She asked me a series of questions, like how I styled my hair. I told her i'm not much of a stylist, low off to the side ponytail maybe a braid, but most of the time I just blow dry it. The next moment is when I should have just got up and left, but I gave this young girl the benefit of the doubt, which I now regret. She said I dont think we're gunna need a full balayage because you dont put your hair up. So we are only going to do the top half of your hair. Right then I should have left. But I didn't want to be rude to the young lady. I honestly think she is just fresh out of cosmetology school and is still wet behind the ears. I think once she has a couple of years under her apron she'll be better. And listening to what your customer wants is a big deal.
