Everyone immediately saw and came to help me out and was very kind. I can't thank them enough for how easy they made the process for me. When I went to go pick up my car, Vincent was the one that worked on it. He was extremely friendly and nice and showed me my car. He did such a wonderful job on my car and leaving some extra thoughtful things behind. Thank you so much again and hopefully nothing bad happens but I would definitely be coming back for sure!

When I moved away from…read moreNewton, I was legitimately terrified of trying to find anywhere that was even half as goo as these guys. Sam and Scott are easily two of the most pleasant people I have ever interacted with. They're knowledgeable and truly want to help their clients - not screw them over financially. They'll tell you what's going on with your car and explain what your options are - explaining the purposes and reasoning. And unlike some garages, they'll tell you when work isn't necessary or when it can be put off - because they are good people. Last year, my car reached the end of its lifespan and it was time for a new one. I called up Sam, who goes to auctions often for their used car inventory, told him my budget and what I was hoping to find right down to the color (black cars mean better car cookies in the summer). He found one that matched the description perfectly, within the price window, and within a week I was trading in my old car and purchasing the car I have now, which I absolutely adore. They're professional, honest, hard working and they get to know each person. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys, but I can say for certain if you're looking for a place that will treat you like a person who matters (regardless of car knowledge) and provide exceptional service - look no further. OTG is here for you.

I just had an extremely strange and sketchy experience with them. I wanted an estimate how much…read morethey would charge to replace my bumper. Normal people understand that they may find more damage as they work on the car and that the end price may be different. That is what the word estimate means- not a final amount. The guy told me it was impossible to know, because apparently they don't have a standard rate they charge for labor, got angry, and stormed off. I then went to another place down the street with the exact same question, and they calmly and professionally explained how they do pricing, and what they charged for labor. I have been getting car repairs for decades, and never encountered anyone unwilling to give an answer about pricing and payment. Absolutely terrible, unprofessional customer service.

I brought my older BMW into Haskins for service and an estimate after being rear ended. They quickly provided a detailed estimate and ran through a few alternatives that I could think about, but sadly my insurance company determined that the car was a total loss and gave me the option of a payout for the value of the car. After agreeing to the amount, my insurance company tried to reduce the settlement and pay me considerably less. The people at Haskins were not obligated to help me negotiate with my insurance company (they were being paid their full amount regardless), but they went over and above and fought for me. They convinced my insurance company that what they were doing was not right, and I was paid every dollar I was promised! I could not have had a better outcome.
