PORK TENDERLOIN - lean meat but not dry, again a comforting and flavourful dish. //DESSERTS// Do yourself a favour and don't forget to save room for it. I learned that Greek BAKLAVA uses walnuts & honey instead, so it's not overly sweet or soaked in sugar like the more familiar Turkish version.
