Over the years I've had a pretty good experience with Jimmy John's. One thing about THIS particular JJ's is their inability to take responsibility for wrong orders. I know it happens, but THIS JJ's won't make good. If you pick up, they refuse to deliver your food they messed up. Not even an apology for wasting my time and THEIR mistake, just a handoff and asked for the wrong sandwich back so they could toss it in the trash, apparently so I could see it? Can't even guess at the hundreds and thousands I have spent at this location, but it didn't matter. It does now, because I have choices and it will be a different sandwich shop. This was a BIG missed opportunity to show good service to a loyal customer and you failed. Lastly, since there were apparently 2 managers (was told that over the phone when called to tell them about the wrong order) at this location. I ordered a sandwich with avocado. Paid for it. Didn't receive it. Didn't get chips that I ordered. Didn't cut the sandwich in half, that I requested. No napkins, no straw. Why offer things when you don't get it. I had no idea that it was even delivered. No notification. I'd give them 1 star, and that's being generous. When I called they said, OH, I AM SORRY!! If I could give zero stars, I would this Jimmy John's location is actually terrible. If you're in the Fond du Lac area I definitely suggest going to them. They always get it right and they're always fast. We spent however, needs to get it together. I'm a stay at home mom with a newborn every time I get a sub from them. Again, what does this say about your company customer service???? I've made sure to leave my BAD review EVERYWHERE all over Google, yelp, your company pages, Facebook and WHEREVER I can find. I am just in shock. I ordered delivery and it has been pouring rain all day and still is. Rather than knock on my door the brilliant driver left it on my front porch in the rain. Nowhere on my order did I request contact less delivery. Needless to say I only found this out when I called to see why my order was taking so long. I now have 4 soaking wet subs. On or before May 9 I placed an on line order for curb side pickup. I received an email for a free sub on May 9. On July 18 I attempted to order on line again through the email I received for a free sub, when the option to 'redeem' was not available I called the West Bend Store and explained what I was trying to do. They should put a sign up for carryout only. We had a very uncomfortable meal eating inside. No napkins, silverware (plastic) or heat. It was 40 degrees outside and colder in the building. I've never thought their subs were that great but my son ordered from them often because they delivered. But that has now changed they dont deliver by us anymore so now even my son wont go there. If I'm out and about there is way better options than Jimmy John's for subs. read more

Been having them deliver to my home for the last 4 year. I'm exactly 2 miles away. They informed me that I am no longer in their delivery area. I have a family of 6 and would order at min twice a month. The drivers always received a tip of 6 bucks. On top of the delivery fee. To me this is just bad business. read more

I Like Jimmy Johns, their subs are good and fresh, my issue is their delivery. The claim to be fast, but of all of the delivery options in my area, I have found them to be the slowest. If you want a good sandwich go to the restaurant, don't use the delivery. read more

Had purchased 2 cookies. They tasted so bad I threw one away and went to return the other one unopened, and this restaurant refused to give me my $1 back which I was then going to turn around and put it towards a sandwich. Upon the refusal I walked out leaving them the cookie and never did get my $1 back. the delivery driver gave me the wrong sub and when I called they offered to have a driver deliver me the right sub but it would have taken 20 minutes for them to correct their mistake after it already took 40 to 50 minutes to get my order. Fourth time this happened this year. read more

Horrible customer service, if you need mayonnaise on the side they give you packets of mayonnaise that been sitting around for two or three years. If you ask for fresh mayonnaise you know that they put on the sandwich you can't buy it or anything?? Very nasty ask them very politely if I could get excited of mayonnaise I'll pay for it and they would not allow it I mean what kind of customer service operation are they running?? Jimmy John's is one of a few places I will eat from. Most of the staff know me from my previous address and basically, know what I will order. If you've never ordered from Jimmy John's before and you call to make an order, make sure to find out if you're on their route. I would also get their chips. Both their regular and Barbecue flavored chips are better then most stores bought ones. I would recommend having an unwich if you're looking to having something low in calories. If you love tuna I would go for the number 15. Their Totally Tuna is really good. For subs, I would go to Jimmy John's and one other place. I don't have a problem with the West Bend location. I love their Unwiches. Would recommend them. read more

The sandwiches are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is nice and clean. Unfortunately this location is consistently slower than any other Jimmy John's I've visited. It's not unusual to wait 5 minutes for food here. Most other JJ's have had my order ready by the time I finish paying. Still, we eat here almost weekly due to kids' overlapping sports commitments nearby. Like I said, the food is tasty. read more

Horrible place! Worst Jimmy John's ever. Ordered once and didn't show up for well over an hour. Called and they didn't care. Ordered another time with no oil and it came with oil which I can't eat. They tell me that they will talk with the manager and he'll send coupons. No coupons ever arrived. Thanks for the sandwich I can't eat and not sending me a new one! Ordered another time and my husband ordered the roast beef and it came with no meat!!! We call and they say they can't do anything about it because their manager is out right now. Seriously!?!?
