They also had one coupon for a FREE scoop of ice cream with the purchase of any value meal. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink (cost $13.99 after coupon) and I ordered the original single butter burger with cheese curds and a diet root beer ($11 after coupon) The food was great! I highly recommend the cheese curds they were crispy/crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. So good! I love their diet root beer, it is caffeine free too. I like that you can refill your own beverages because most restaurants are getting away from that. I was so full from eating my dinner that I couldn't even eat a custard even if I wanted to. I think Robert and I need to add Culver's to our regular restaurant rotation. The guy who placed our order was very kind! Really enjoyed our visit. We received our order quickly too, so this is definitely a good place to come and eat when you don't have a lot of time.

The inside vibe reminded me of Five Guys a bit, but this place had more swag :) I definitely will go back if I'm in the area.

After arriving, I discovered they would not fulfill the order. The people who worked there were of no help and provided every limited information as to why they could not honor my order despite me showing them my receipt. To make matters worse, it took the restaurant more than 30 minutes to answer Uber Eats' call to confirm they were refusing the order. As a result, I had to spend even more of my limited lunch break on the phone with Uber Eats just to get confirmation and obtain a refund for food I never received. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a significant waste of my time.

Unfortunately, my visit on Sunday evening (around 6:30-7:00 PM) was disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy. There were only three occupied tables when I arrived, and only two more orders came in while I was there. Despite that, there were seven employees working, yet no one cleaned the dining room during my visit. The tables were dirty, the floors were greasy, and I had to sit at an unclean table to eat. The food was what I'd expect from Five Guys, but the condition of the dining room really took away from the experience. I only stop in occasionally because of the price, usually when I'm craving a Five Guys burger. After this visit, I'm not sure I'll be back. There are simply too many other burger options along the Army Trail Road corridor that offer a cleaner and more inviting dining experience for the same price or less.

The dogs were fabulous - large, juicy with fresh poppy seed bun and all the wonderful toppings...pickle, peppers, bright green relish, onions, mustard. The dogs were fantastic 5 star! The cheesy fries were, well, cheesy. The potato's were soft and the cheese was a nacho style cheese. They were ok. We also tried the Saucy Beef and had it "baptized" which means covered in juice so it falls apart. It was very good. I would like to try the Italian Beef next time. Our order came with plenty of napkins and extra dipping sauce. We could have used a couple forks for the beef. The food is very reasonably priced with good portions. This was a great Chicago experience and I will dream about those dogs.
