Tasty bread is a great start to the sandwiches here, plenty of selections to pick from on what you would like on that bread. Plus several flavors of their "Jimmy chips " potato chips. Friendly staff, quick service. If you don't get delivery, there is a small nut nice dining area plus a couple of outdoor tables. read more

I'm new to the Lockport area. Ordered two turkey sandwiches online for pick up. Each sandwich had ONE slice of turkey on it and very few vegetables. Mostly had a bread sandwich. By far the absolute WORST JJ sandwich I've ever eaten. Will not ever go back to this location read more

Showed up a day early for my sandwich platter. Totally my fault, but they were able to accommodate without issue in about 5 minutes! Thanks so much! read more

Was just there today, bought 3 sandwiches $29.00. Two of them were soggy and the 3rd was toasted and awful!

Horrible, just horrible. I got a turkey sandwich with mayo and guess what I got. I got four, FOUR THIN SLICES OF TURKEY. There was more bread than turkey as shown in my images. Service was fast. The vibe was creepy as some old man was staring at me. We ended up eating in the car. Very disappointing I would never come back here again, like ever. If I had the choice to give zero stars, I definitely would. read more

Great sandwiches of course, but rude little person taking the orders is a total ass! He was super rude and clearly angry at the world. Hey it's not my fault you are a little person, don't take it out on the customers. To management, consider who you put on the front line of the business. This man has no business being there. I truly appreciate the young man and woman making the sandwiches, they were very kind and apologized for his behavior. This is not going stop me from coming obviously I love the bread! read more

Best thing ever. Best workers I've ever met. The signs were the best and funny. I recommend. COOKIES are DELICIOUS.

First of all the two young gentleman making sandwiches were super nice and kind. I walked up and very nicely said hi and he grunted at me. I repeated myself thinking he didn't hear me and he just stared at me angrily. He was a very short gentleman standing on a box. I said how are you and he glared at me and said nothing. So I said okay. I ordered my sandwich and asked for chips. He asked what kind. He then jumped the box, took his mask off, put his finger and part of his hand in his mouth and grabbed the chips with that hand and threw them on the counter. I asked for another bag of chips and let him know it's because he put his hand in his mouth when he grabbed it. He grabbed another one with the same hand and threw it. The sweet young gentleman behind the counter making the sandwiches saw and looked at me and apologized. He then walked to the back and got me a separate bag of chips for me. He was so kind. I truly felt bad that the has to work with the angry guy. His behavior was beyond horrible and he should not be working there if he is that angry and miserable. Absolutely disgusting and horrible behavior. read more

Ordered a slim 5 and only got the bread with no meet or cheese on it. Had 5 people working so not sure how that gets by multiple sets of eyes unless they looked at the solar eclipse too long yesterday. Thankfully checked it before driving away. Beware read more

The food was fine, but it took an hour and a half to get three sandwiches and two bags of chips delivered to a home 0.75 miles away from the store. They did wind up crediting us for half our order, but that's not going to do much good since we have no intention of ordering from there ever again. Freaky slow is more like it. It's just disappointing when you order from a place because they're supposed to be faster than the other options in town. read more

The food was okay, the service was not. A shorter gentleman greeted me as i was confused where to pick up my food and i was verifying if I had paid for it via my email since the app wasn't showing the order. Another staff member told me to look over on the shelf where i found my order but the shorter gentleman started asking what highschool I went to. Made me extremely uncomfortable and immediately left after grabbing my order. To top if all off there is hair in the wrapper of the food, thankfully not in the actual food. Go to a different location if you're going to get a sandwhich or go to jersey mikes. read more

I got basic service so I didnt care to review but there was a hair in my sandwich, my first bite and I'm upset. So yea, 1 star! read more

This place was amazing! I went through door dash and was sent late plus no knock on the door that I asked for... found it and the order was wrong... the manager Bree was amazing and sent me a sandwich fixed for free...! You guys are awesome! read more

Ordered subs for my wife and I. A turkey sub and an Italian sub. The Italian sub was OK, but overpriced compared to Subway & Jersey Mike's. The Turkey sub! WOW! My wife almost threw it at me! She opened it up to find a single, wafer thin slice of turkey! It did not look like even one ounce of turkey! Jersey Mike's or Subway from now on! read more

Used the Jimmy Johns app today to order from there. Asked for extra, avocado spread (paid extra) and tomatoes. Instead I got little to none avocado spread and normal amount of tomatoes and stale bread for both sandwiches. Also ordered two drinks which were filled up to the top with just ice and little beverage. Definitely won't be ordering from this location again. read more

I ordered the #12 Beach Club and Kayla took my order. I love how clean the place was and how fast you get your food. I barely was putting my wallet away when they had my sub ready. They also have the little chewable ice for the drinks which is awesome. All of the veggies taste fresh and the sandwich makers are always cheery and in a good mood. I couldn't ask for more. read more

I paid $15 for a vegetable sandwich? I was really looking forward to the good bread. Unfortunately, my sandwich was made with a roll that seemed to have been sitting around for quite some time. Premium price for an almost unacceptable sandwich. Very, very disappointed. read more

Get here before 11:45 to avoid the lunch rush. Nothing bad at all to say about this location. I seem to be stuck on the #12 (don't remember what it's called, but it has guacamole in it and is DEElicious) so I can't really review many of the various sandwiches. Service is fast and friendly and the eating area is relatively clean. It is a bit small, though, so if you're having lunch, you may want to get in early to insure a seat. read more

I just left there and no one was wearing a mask which is what it is but my problem was when the girls sat on the counter and put her foot up on the counter where they prepared food read more

Love Jimmy Johns for good fast sub, however their delivery is not freaky fast!! It takes 30-40 minutes from my online order and I live within a couple miles of the store. I've gotten a DoorDash order for a more complicated meal way faster. A little disappointed. read more

Very young Friendly staff they speak when you enter and say bye when you leave. Quick service no long lines or wait. I had the tuna which hit the spot. read more

I don't eat here, but my wife and kids (2 and 5) love the place. Subs look nice, but I'm a Submarine City fan and theirs blow these out of the water (pun intended). They really are "super fast" and their delivery is always on point. The only food I can comment on is their jalapeno potato chips which are actually quite good read more

Oh Jimmy. This location is right by I-355... just a little ways down. Fast. Consistent. Beach Club with salt and vinegar chips.... when can I go back?!? read more

Food is good but delivery is terrible. I live less than a mile away and every time I order (no matter what day of the week or time) it takes between 45min-1hr. It should not take that long, especially when their slogan is freaky fast. I have ordered and received pizzas from many places quicker than I have received a sandwich from this Jihmmy johns location. Terrible. read more

Just went to Jimmy Johns here in Lockport at 6:45 pm to get a gargantuan. Only one problem! They just ran out of bread. How the heck does a sandwich shop run out of bread during dinner? 5 customers walked out of store with no food beside myself. Worst part is they did not even have any cooking yet. Girl was stretching dough. Seriously. What a disappointment. read more

Typical JJ. Usually friendly, Always super fast. So fast you'll freak!!

People are so nice and my food always comes "freaky fast" sometimes my sandwich is done before I finish paying

As far as Jimmy Johns goes....it's just a sandwich. I've never been that impressed, and don't usually review fast food places because what do you really expect? Anyway, just had a couple quelms about this location. I've ordered here about 4 times. 2/4 times I've had issues. Once, I was called back being told they were OUT OF BREAD and it would take an hr to get a sandwich....REALLY? YOU'RE A SANDWICH SHOP. A second time it took over an hr to get my food with no call and no apology. My friend had to call to even make sure they had our order......not so freaky fast. read more

Food was awesome & service was " freaky fast " . Hospitality was brutal . Work on being a little friendlier and you will outperform Jersey Mike's across the street . read more

There are not that many decent fast food places in Lockport, even fewer if you want something that isn't fried. They always get my order right and the subs are fast and fresh. I just wish they had a drive up. read more

I love this place. Very fast and friendly. Only thing, I wish the delivery area was larger. I'm less than 5 minutes away but not in their delivery area. Still a great place. read more

Okay, they have messed up my order a few times but they still are the fastest Jimmy John's out there!

We order from here at least once a week when we are too exhausted from working all day. We always order 3 sandwiches and usually arrive within 20 minutes. They have never messed up an order. read more

Showed up at quarter to nine tonight and all the window signs were off and all three teenagers were standing around talking to a friend.
