Jimmy John's has my favorite Chicken Caesar Wrap! I am also obsessed with their kickin' ranch! Always so delicious, love Jimmy Johns!

Located just inside Caesar's Palace, Cafe Americano is a nice stop for brunch while on the Strip…read more The wait can take pretty long, even if the line is deceivingly short. The wait from ordering to receiving our food was also pretty long, so plan ahead! I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized with an abundance of flavorful ham. Even though I was hungry, I struggled to finish it all! The sandwich came with scrambled egg, cheese, ham, and the bread was buttered and toasted. The side of diced potatoes were the best part of the dish. They were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor.

We're staying here at the Paris, but absolutely let down by this restaurant…read more My fiancé and I ordered the surf and turf, calamari & some drinks. Our dinner was delivered, yet it came with shrimp as opposed to the lobster that was listed. I asked the server about the discrepancy which lead to a manager coming over... he immediately argued with me that they've NEVER had lobster, never advertised lobster and that I was completely in the wrong. So, without arguing I had just mentioned what was listed on the menu and what was also published... he said he would go get the menu and come back to prove it to me. However, he never returned, nor did anyone for half an hour. I wish I could even say that the food was good or decent, but the New York steak (included with the supposed 'surf n turf'), was incredibly chewy and lackluster. I took a photo of the food that we didn't eat just to show how bad it was (included respect to us not wanting to finish it. In conclusion, for 1beer, 1 glass of house wine, calamari and "surf n turf"... it's absolutely baffling to have spent $140. I will never go back and diner there. Absolutely terrible food and experience. ****I included photos of our dinner + 2 screenshots of the surf and turf they sold that has lobster (ONE OF THOSE WAS PUBLISHED BY THE RESTAURANT OWNERS.........). Brutal.

I have been a fan of chef Mason Hereford and his New Orleans restaurants for a while, so imagine my…read moresurprise when I was casually scrolling while in Vegas and discovered that Turkey and the Wolf had opened a location inside Via Via Food Hall at The Venetian. I had no idea it had expanded to Vegas, so naturally I had to make a stop. I went with the fried bologna sandwich, which is such a fun take on a very Southern, late night comfort food classic. The sandwich comes stacked with fried bologna, cheese, and potato chips for some extra crunch. It was rich, flavorful, and definitely filling. The fries were also really good. My meal landed somewhere in the $20 range, which is a little steep for a sandwich and fries, but considering the location on the Strip, I was not too surprised. I did not catch the name of the gentleman taking orders, but he was incredibly informative about the menu and provided great customer service, which I appreciated since it was my first visit. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I am glad I stumbled across the Vegas location. I definitely want to try more of the menu, although my next Turkey and the Wolf visit will most likely be back in New Orleans.

True smash burger…read more The wait is worth it. The best smash burger I have ever tasted. Definitely, a highlight while stopping by the Venetian. The meat itself is delicious, the vegetables fresh and crisp, buns were toasted and burger not overly dressed. Prices are reasonable. Meanwhile, the rest of my family went to another nearby burger restaurant and paid 3x as much. Friendly staff

When I finally got it, I honestly thought it looked a little dry at first, but after the first bite, I completely changed my mind. It was probably the best blueberry muffin I've ever had. It was incredibly moist, flavorful, and packed with blueberries. It was a little on the expensive side, but overall this is definitely a hidden spot with really great bakery items.

Bouchon Bakery is a popular French bakery and is also one of Chef Thomas Keller's establishments…read more Chef Keller is best known for his two other Michelin 3-star restaurants - Per Se in New York City and The French Laundry in Napa Valley. The flagship Bouchon Bakery remains one of the most visited spots in Napa Valley and this 2nd Bouchon Bakery is located inside The Venetian in Las Vegas. The bakery is more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down spot. [Parking]: Most parking structures on the Strip are no longer free since COVID (e.g. $20 per day from Monday-Thursday or $25 per day from Friday-Sunday at The Venetian), but Treasure Island continues to offer free parking so that's an option for anyone who doesn't mind walking 20-30 minutes from Treasure Island to The Venetian. [Where is the bakery]: I had quite a hard time locating this bakery. Once visitors see and face Grand Lux Cafe within The Venetian, turn around 180 degrees and face the escalator. The bakery is hidden behind the escalator in The Venetian. [Wait time]: I got in line at 8:45 AM and the line moved relatively quickly. I was able to place an order at 9 AM. [Menu]: The bakery serves coffee from Equator Coffees. Some of the top highlighted items include Macarons, Chocolate Almond Croissant, Almond Croissant, Nutter Butter Cookies, and The TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo). *** Kouign Aman ($7.80): Good crusty exterior - would recommend it. Almond Croissant ($7.75): It had a good exterior crust and molasses which are all traits you want in a high-quality almond croissant - would recommend. Latte Vanilla (small $7.25): Solid vanilla latte, but quite expensive. Lemon Poppy Macaron ($7): This was the flavor recommended by the cashier. It was a very lemony macaron and honestly I probably should've gone for pistachio instead. *** This is an expensive spot to shop for baked goods, but if you are willing to splurge and pay a premium for (1) the name recognition of a celebrity chef and (2) high quality baked goods then definitely go for it. Minus one star for being difficult to locate + the hefty prices.
