Not sure how difficult it is to read an order and make the correct sandwiches. Asked for a giant chicken bacon ranch cut into quarter with a pickle. Got the wrong sandwich, wasn't cut at all and pickle missing. Must be super difficult to read an order and put the correct things together read more

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING! I WAS NEVER GIVEN A TOTAL FOR MY ORDER, WAS CHARGED WRONG AND THEN YELLED AT WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE EMPLOYEE'S ATTENTION!! Unreal experience at this location. I went through the drive through, I was not understood at all and I knew it. Simple order, #1, little, no tomato. The ordering experience was bad enough but too much to describe. I knew I had not been understood. I got to the window, no total given, no chance to double check my order. Window closes. Window opens, handed my card back. Window closes. MINUTES LATER (freaky fast my ass) sandwich too big to be a little. But the window immediately closes, employee gone. I try to knock on the window. Nothing. Tried yelling hello. Nothing. Honked my horn!! NOTHING! Finally I stretch out and knock harder on the window and an employee opens the window and starts YELLING AT ME for "banging on the window!" He repeats this, yelling it me at like 5 times! "DON'T BANG ON THE WINDOW! I SAID DON'T BANG ON THE WINDOW!" I AM APPALLED! I couldn't get a word in edgewise. It was absurd. I finally managed to make it clear my problem and yeah, they offered to refund and remake, but there was NO WAY I was going to trust a new sandwich from these jerks. I was shaking. That was awful! First & last visit! We'd always heard how good Jimmy John's was. My ham & cheese had one layer of thin ham. All I tasted was bread & lettuce. Roast beef had more meat but was just ok. See pics for the "ham" on mine. All in all I paid for lettuce, bread & tomato or at least that's all I tasted. Very very disappointing. read more

Worst sandwich and experience I've ever had at Jimmy John's. The signature tuna was seriously lacking tuna. My first 4 bites were bread, veggies and cheese. Slow, rude, covid freaks. While everyone in town is slowly moving back to normal, they're still closed for indoor dining, restrooms are still closed and you can't wait inside for your food. Their staff is terribly rude as well as sloooooow! Avoid at all costs. Every time I come to this location I always get the same thing and nothing different. For some reason when I talk into the mic outside for drive Thru they can never seem to understand what I am trying to order. I placed the order and drove up to the window and they lady charged me and she handed me a drink. I had told her that I didn't order a drink and she said okay when did you order and I told her and she said okay and charged me again. I asked if I was going to get double charged and she said no. I said okay. A few days later I looked on my statement I was charged twice. I call twice about it and nothing has been done. read more

I love Jimmy Johns. Probably my favorite sub shop. That said the employees at this location are smug, arrogant and condescending. They don't seem to have any common sense or respect. It feels like they think they are better than you and are confused as to why you are there. Perhaps they don't realize they make sandwiches for a living. I'm not only speaking about one or two employees, I'm talking about all of them. It's really uncalled for when the only communication with them was 'I'll have a # 9'. I usually really like Jimmy John's, but this location is bad. It is in a convenient location for me so I was going on a pretty regular basis, but they messed up my order too many times. Last time I went I ordered a veggie in the drive-thru. Since I had my order wrong before I pulled over to make sure it was right. I literally could not find any avocado on the sub so I went inside. At first the person working couldn't find the avocado either - they had me pick apart my sub until I found a tiny dab under the cheese. That was the last time I went. read more
