If slow was freaky then this is your place. Over 30minute wait to get two subs. I mean wow talk about exact opposite of their ad campaign or this the Anti JJ!?! read more

Absolutely amazing general manager Jamie always takes care of me when I come inside and makes me feel like a home away from home. Great food great people great stuff going on here. read more

never have drivers???? isn't that the point of jimmy johns is freaky fast delivery and theres some stupid rule that if I order from another location that location could get fined for delivering in their area when it's really only a half a mile difference so annoying read more

Ordered at the drive thru, girl had an attitude with my minusing request then read back the order wrong. As I try to say it's incorrect im told to just pull up to the window. As I come to the window I didn't get anything I ordered except the drink. Then scoffed when I mentioned there was a mistake with the order. Very disappointing and disrespectful handling issues. the sandwich was made horrible with half of it in the wrapping, and the cookie was stale and broken when I got to it. Unbelievably terrible service. read more

Jimmy John's - Stale cookie - Fast Food Near Me - Fraser, Michigan

I had a similar issue as Shawnmarie B. had where one of their drivers was all over the road and running stop signs almost hitting me. This is not the way to be Freaky Fast. Speaking of which, for drivers that are in that big of a hurry I am perplexed as to why it took them an hour to deliver my sandwich this past weekend when I am literally just around the block from them. "Why didn't you just go there and get it yourself if they are that close?" you might ask. Spider-Man my friends. That game is so friggin' fantastic that I didn't want to pull myself away from it to go get lunch which is why I opted for deliver. Don't judge me until after you've played the game. read more

Not so freaky fast, took 20 minutes and 5 people to make 6 simple subs. 3 of the same exact kind. Mind you there were no cars in front or behind me ordering. read more

Jimmy John's - an open box with a stuffed animal in it - Fast Food Near Me - Fraser, Michigan

Worst service of any JJ that that I have ordered from. They rarely get the order right and today I waited over an hour for a delivery before I had to just cancel. Why not call the customers and tell them that the delivery will be late? They do not care. Stay away. read more

I received my delivery in less that 25mins which to me is fast for a delivery. Food was fresh and delivered in a timely manner. I was hesitant to order because I read the reviews but I must say they have stepped it up. read more

4th time coming here this month and yet again only three cars in the line and I sat there for 20 mins..oh by the way it was an online order and I was at the window for 5 min ..freaky fast my a** fire everyone on your lunch shift you suck read more

SLOWEST JJs ever!! I work literally one block away and ordered delivery bc I was working through lunch and it took 25 minutes to get my sandwich. Never again. read more

Fastest fast food in the country. Today subs were offered for $1.06 each and even though they had 50-100 people waiting in line, the line moved so fast it was unreal! read more

Placed an order over an hour ago and still have not received our order. This location is slow, and the staff is very rude. no manners once so ever. The managers also have the phones off the hook so you cant even get through to someone to check on your order. Not very great customer service!! read more

#14 with hot peppers and I'm a happy man. That this is a location with a drive thru makes me an even happier man. But even if you park and walk in, you're walking back out within minutes. The ONLY downside here is the parking. It's in the same lot (basically) as a huge gas station, and more often than not you wind up needing to park over at the gas station in some slots marked for JJ's customers to use which can get a little tricky if people aren't paying attention when they're driving in and nearly run you over because they're morons who can't stop texting while driving since they're lives are clearly more valuable and important than yours and I... ...but I digress. Solid subs, great bread, fast as all get out and a drive thru. Doesn't get much better than this for lunch on the weekends. read more

Good place to have a tasty sandwich or two. The number 9, The Italian Night Club, is very delicious and is a popular sandwich. I would recommend hot peppers with it as well as the jalapeno chips because it compliments the flavor of the Vito and Ham as well as the onions and the sauce that is in the sandwich. It's a great spot to eat during the summer when the weather is nice and the chairs are out. It gets busy in the afternoons so just be cautious but they are quick with their delivery so don't expect to stay too long. read more

Fresh subs, friendly staff, quickly made. My favorite is the #5 Vito sub with mayo. I've also gone in there for the day old bread that they sell for .49 cents a loaf. The guy behind the counter told me it's actually never more than 8 hours old. Their French bread is so good. I love making garlic toast with it at home. read more

Wow, just went to pick up order for catering placed early yesterday and it was not even started. Just wow.

I went to this jimmy johns and got a bad sub the manager here at this location is very unprofessional and will not accommodate you!

This Jimmy Johns location is absolutely horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. We ordered a delivery order waited over an hour for their "freaky fast delivery" and our order was wrong, we are missing our chips, sandwiches weren't made as ordered... we called to talk to the manager and they were rude and not helpful at all said all they can do is take the chips off.... I'm sorry but you mess up the entire order and it takes over an hour there should be more than a "chip refund". The employees should be more mindful of making sure that the orders are made and packed correctly before your driver leaves and if you have too many orders for your driver to handle you need to hire more people or stop offering delivery. Communication is key in this world and if deliveries are taking longer than usual then say so! read more

If you just make an order correct the first time you won't have to re-do it NOT ONLY ONCE, but twice! Just wanted a tuna slim ON WHEAT and they added ingredients that were not listed and made the sandwich on the white sub bread twice. Never going back. read more

Always wait a half hour or more for my order to even leave the store. It does not take a half hour to make one or two sandwiches! This is the third time I have waited so long. I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it never fails. There could at least be a courtesy call that they are running behind or SOMETHING! read more

we waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive and when it did one of the subs had barely any tuna at all. like there was a part of the sub that didn't have any at all. they gave us credit but I still don't recommend. the guy that works there is also very rude. don't order from here unless you want freaky slow delivery read more

Kept going back even though the service is terrible and very slow. It is very clear the employee hates being there. Hit my final breaking point when I just took a bite of a LONG A** hair in my sub. Bye Jimmy Johns. read more

Fast delivery. The past 6 months have been disappointing. Minimal toppings on subs. They have stopped giving napkins with carry out and delivery. I even put it in special request to include a napkin and they ignore it. Pretty disappointing. When I am in the area, I will pick a different sub place. read more

Commonly forgets some part of order when delivering. Couple times I have called manager was rude or very dismissive.

Jimmy Johns is good. Sandwiches w fresh bread like subway used to have. 10x better than subway and really fast.

Worst location ever. Terrible customer service. Management and the owner are terrible. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Love the vegetarian with extra avocado spread, extra cucumbers and onions on the 8 seed whole wheat sandwich bread. Fabulous taste and very nutritional!! This sandwich is a labor of love and a taste of heaven!! read more

This place is slooowwww, we waited 45 minutes for delivery. The sad part was we were right down the street from them. I could have walked there and back, still have plenty of time to eat my meal. Once I seen the driver I understood why it took so long, she was a mess. The sandwich was more bread than anything else, a trace of meat and a small portion of cheese. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from the location. read more

They do not even deserve the one star, this is the WORST Jj I have ever! Not only did it take over 40 minutes for the order to come less than 2 miles away and on top of that I get my food and it was not only wrong, it was dripping with oil the package dropped as soon as I opened it! They completely got it wrong I called back before I ate it for a refund and they told me hey can give me a refund? How can you not refund a order that was made wrong? All they offered was store credit, after such a bad experience why would I want store credit I never want to eat there again I thru the sub in the trash! Avoid this location if you can!!! read more

Great food and great staff working behind the counters. I have tried quite a few Jimmy John's the last few years but this one seems to be the best. Again, a great place to go and take your kids to get great subs. This Jimmy John's is definitely an asset to the Fraser community. read more

I just ordered a sandwich for delivery because I'm handicapped. Then I got a phone call from the delivery person saying she could not find my apartment when I tried to tell her that she was in the wrong parking lot. She argued with me and would not listen she was very rude. I will NEVER order from you again. read more

Ridiculous rules about not being able to put tomatoes on half of a sandwich. Gave me dirty look when asked to have her change gloves because of a deadly egg allergy. Rude. Will not go back. Drive this road every day. read more

I'm usually not one to complain about my food simply I've worked in the restaurant industry, however for what I paid for my sandwich today I'm extremely dissatisfied. I called and spoke with the manager all she could offer was an I'm sorry. I WAS starving. My day went from bad to worse just waiting for that one phone call to put things over the top. I highly suggest going to a different Jimmy John's or Firehouse Subs. Way to make your customers want to come back there or ANY JJ's. Now I'll share this on my FB & IG read more

YOU CANT FAIL AT YOUR TAG LINE!!!! At least the delivery driver FINALLY called (while driving and 2 minutes before arriving 28 minutes late!). MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE at a Jimmy Johns EVER!! I called store 20 minutes after my deliver time expired. I couldn't even tell if they were still on the line after saying hello and asking what happened (total silence)... finally they say "oh he should be there soon ok", and ended conversation. With my lunch time almost over, I think I should have gotten a call from the store employee or manager, or at least an email stating they only had 2 drivers - I could have took lunch at a different time if they would have let me know! Sorry people, but YOU CANT FAIL AT YOUR TAG LINE!!!! Not freaky fast, Not fast at all, and certainly don't care about their customers!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have 5 minutes to eat your $12 sub!!!!!! Manager and staff should take a lesson in customer service!!!!!!!! read more
