Ordered at the drive thru, girl had an attitude with my minusing request then read back the order wrong. As I try to say it's incorrect im told to just pull up to the window. As I come to the window I didn't get anything I ordered except the drink. Then scoffed when I mentioned there was a mistake with the order. Very disappointing and disrespectful handling issues. the sandwich was made horrible with half of it in the wrapping, and the cookie was stale and broken when I got to it. I had a similar issue as Shawnmarie B. had where one of their drivers was all over the road and running stop signs almost hitting me. This is not the way to be Freaky Fast. Speaking of which, for drivers that are in that big of a hurry I am perplexed as to why it took them an hour to deliver my sandwich this past weekend when I am literally just around the block from them. "Why didn't you just go there and get it yourself if they are that close?" you might ask. Spider-Man my friends. #14 with hot peppers and I'm a happy man. That this is a location with a drive thru makes me an even happier man. But even if you park and walk in, you're walking back out within minutes. The ONLY downside here is the parking. It's in the same lot (basically) as a huge gas station, and more often than not you wind up needing to park over at the gas station in some slots marked for JJ's customers to use which can get a little tricky if people aren't paying attention when they're driving in and nearly run you over because they're morons who can't stop texting while driving since they're lives are clearly more valuable and important than yours and I... ...but I digress. Solid subs, great bread, fast as all get out and a drive thru. Doesn't get much better than this for lunch on the weekends. read more

Good place to have a tasty sandwich or two. The number 9, The Italian Night Club, is very delicious and is a popular sandwich. I would recommend hot peppers with it as well as the jalapeno chips because it compliments the flavor of the Vito and Ham as well as the onions and the sauce that is in the sandwich. It's a great spot to eat during the summer when the weather is nice and the chairs are out. It gets busy in the afternoons so just be cautious but they are quick with their delivery so don't expect to stay too long. read more

Fresh subs, friendly staff, quickly made. My favorite is the #5 Vito sub with mayo. I've also gone in there for the day old bread that they sell for .49 cents a loaf. The guy behind the counter told me it's actually never more than 8 hours old. Their French bread is so good. I love making garlic toast with it at home. read more

This Jimmy Johns location is absolutely horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. We ordered a delivery order waited over an hour for their "freaky fast delivery" and our order was wrong, we are missing our chips, sandwiches weren't made as ordered... we called to talk to the manager and they were rude and not helpful at all said all they can do is take the chips off.... I'm sorry but you mess up the entire order and it takes over an hour there should be more than a "chip refund". The employees should be more mindful of making sure that the orders are made and packed correctly before your driver leaves and if you have too many orders for your driver to handle you need to hire more people or stop offering delivery. Communication is key in this world and if deliveries are taking longer than usual then say so! read more

Fast delivery. The past 6 months have been disappointing. Minimal toppings on subs. They have stopped giving napkins with carry out and delivery. This place is slooowwww, we waited 45 minutes for delivery. The sad part was we were right down the street from them. I could have walked there and back, still have plenty of time to eat my meal. Not only did it take over 40 minutes for the order to come less than 2 miles away and on top of that I get my food and it was not only wrong, it was dripping with oil the package dropped as soon as I opened it! YOU CANT FAIL AT YOUR TAG LINE!!!! At least the delivery driver FINALLY called (while driving and 2 minutes before arriving 28 minutes late!). MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE at a Jimmy Johns EVER!! I called store 20 minutes after my deliver time expired. I couldn't even tell if they were still on the line after saying hello and asking what happened (total silence)... finally they say "oh he should be there soon ok", and ended conversation. With my lunch time almost over, I think I should have gotten a call from the store employee or manager, or at least an email stating they only had 2 drivers - I could have took lunch at a different time if they would have let me know!
