Pros: their "giant" is 16". 16"!! That's massive compared to Canada's 12" subway subs. French bread was fresh, even within an hour of closing. Cons: Could pass the opportunity to see how freaky fast Jimmy John's was - it was fast, but not freaky fast. :P read more

Worst Jimmy Johns I've experienced. Took forever. Workers were unprofessional. I'm all for having a good time, but also, be mindful of the customer. read more

So happy my job is in the delivery zone..but i would drive to pick it up. The gargantuan i think is my favorite ..but i am not done eating my way through there menu.. The tuna was good too...delivery service was Awsome ..he delivered it on a bike.! Freakin fast! Best way to get around the 98 traffic ..nothing but great service.. On a side note... one of the drivers had a small none offensive tattoo..he had to cover them with band aids.. The band aids looks worse...makes me think there is a sore or wound under it.. not what i want to think about before a eat a delicious sandwich ...i would rathe see a tattoo...over all ...love your food and service! read more

If there is as a zero star, I would use that....lazy staff, 20 minutes in drive through when nobody was in front of us...finally knocked on window and they were doing catering orders....:they hadn't started ours yet.../had to get refunded to go elsewhere...save yourself time and aggrevation read more

Delivered sandwich with brown lettuce. Called to get a replacement was told they could not do it. Was told to call back in 2 hours, called back was told I would need to come in for a refund. I work after they close, no way am I able to bring a brown lettuce sandwich, they delivered, back to them. Do Not Order or Eat Here! read more

Jimmy John's - a cut in half of a sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Walton Beach, Florida

I ordered delivery to my office because I had a lot to do and didn't want to waste time going somewhere. When it arrived at our front office I was handed my drink with bag. I specifically asked the lady if the straw was in the bag. Reply was a confident, "yes". I get back to my office to find no straw. Two lessons learned: check yourself & don't prepay the tip online. The sandwich and chips were as expected. read more

Jimmy john's was my favorite sandwich shop until recently. The bread is not as fresh or hot. You have to pay for condiments. With the Giant club only 4 very thin pieces of meat read more

Turn out the lights when your not open, lit up like the red light district threw me and my hunger out.

Rachael has a crappy attitude. The kind of attitude that ensure that I and my family willNEVER eat there again! Extremely disappointing! read more

I have to give these folks props. I sent them to the wrong holiday inn by accident. The gentlemen called and said no problem I'll be right over. There wasn't even a hint of issue with my mistake. The food was to the right place in short order. It was still fresh and tasty. Gave him some extra money for the trouble and he was on his way. Delivered right to my room and everything. read more

Been in the freaky fast drive thru for 35 minutes how long does it take to make a sandwich?

Probably the fastest service I have ever received in my life. I told them what I wanted and by the time she gave me my change back, I had my sandwich handed to me. And they made it fresh right there. read more

The slowest Jimmy John's on the planet. I don't fault the employee but seems highly understaffed at the same time, there being only one other car in the drive thru and none in the parking lot, it shouldnt have taken 15 minutes to get our sandwiches. read more

Today's lunch was the Hunters club. It had a ton of roast beef. Bread was fresh and delicious. I'm in the biz so I appreciate the fact that this place is staffed appropriately to handle lunch volume. I made regular status on yelp today...what??!! read more

The sandwiches are great. Only issue had if you change the bread the size of the sandwich isn't the same(amount of ingredients). Just a shame that they have such a small delivery area. read more

Jimmy John's - At the Shnitzel Brew house. - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Walton Beach, Florida

I went through the drive thru for lunch, when I got back to the office my sandwich was not exactly as I had ordered it. UI let it slide and went back the next week. This time when I got back to the office it wasn't even the same type of sandwich I had ordered. I called the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone was very rude. She just kept saying OK. I asked isn't there anything else she could say like sorry this happened twice, anything. Her reply was " Well I didn't make the sandwich". I guess that just lost my business. I will take it to somewhere else where they pay attention and at least say sorry for mistakes. read more

This is probably one of my least favorite sub shops. That being said, I'm usually ok if they will deliver to me. This one will not deliver 2 miles away? Anyway, the last 2 times, the sandwich was pitiful. Hardly any meat or toppings :( read more

Not sure what it is about Fort Walton Beach, but for a town it's size it has the least amount of Chain Sandwich Shops I've ever seen..No Firehouse..no Wich Wich..no Jersey Mikes. No Blimpies..No Schlotskys..No Newks..No McCalisters and until recently no Jimmy Johns until this one opened up...Did Subway put a Cone over the City and tell everyone to Keep Out?..since sometimes I just don't have time to run in for a Pub Sub at Publix this has become my default Sandwich Shop when in a hurry...after several visits to this store I have been reminded why I never go to Jimmy Johns when I am in areas with better options...1)Their rush to make your sub faster than Usain Bolt runs the 100 meters is just plain obnoxious....instead of trying to hand me my sub before I've even paid the Cashier put a little love/care into making it and maybe you would get it right when I ask for No Mayo instead of the two times the staff here put EXTRA MAYO on it...2)Jimmy Johns has only one bread option and it is a white bread that is so bland it reminds one of chewing on PlayDough as a kid and alarmingly enough is as chewy as well..3)Like another reviewer stated even when the sandwich is made right Jimmy Johns Sandwiches no matter which one you get all seem to have no taste..I have not quite been able to figure out why when it's all put together with the meat.cheese and vegetables it is just flat out boring...probably a combination of all the meats being extremely processed and that they only dress them with plain oil..on the positive side for Jimmy Johns the prices are pretty reasonable and this store is spotlessly clean..I just wish the product tasted a little better....I think Jimmy Johns is probably a shade below average at 2.5 Stars, but since Yelp does not allow that I will round down to 2 stars..If I was in an area with better options I would go elsewhere ,but since for now there is not, I will probably be back for more of the same below average product when in a hurry...paging Jersey Mike..get your ass down to FWB and your first Jai Alai is on me read more

My first time trying Jimmy Johns was a bust. The driver almost forgot my drink, which had gone bad and had no ice in it. (Sweet tea) the food was mediocre at best. The bread was chewy and the whole sandwich was less than the quality of the deli sandwiches you get at walmart. I won't be ordering again but the cookie was good at least. read more

Love the food. I eat there all the time. We now have a second location on Beal Parkway. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that I work within walking distance to both locations and cannot get delivery. We need Delivery near the mall read more

The service here is always fast. Hardly any wait at the drive thru. Also, my order is always accurate. As for the food this is a fast food sub. It might be slightly better than Subway but that's not saying much. The ingredients are fresh but overall the sandwich lacks character. This is pretty much my one stop shop when I'm too lazy to get dressed and need something better than McDonald's. read more

It's just a regular sub sandwich place. Not bad and customer service is pretty good. They do give military discount. A plus specially here in Fort Walton Beach. I had the Big John, which is a roast beef sub with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. read more

Foods pretty good . I just wish they had an option to have a toasted sandwich , also most sandwiches are mostly lettuce . They say they deliver but they won't even cross the Brooks bridge for whatever reason , even though they are literally a 1 mile distance from it . If you plan on driving their expect a pretty good experience but if you live even as far as the island don't expect them to deliver. read more

For a new building you wouldn't think you would get dripped on because it's raining. Anyway prices are to high for the quality of sub's you get. I tried them twice there will not be a third. The number 10 hunters club was so bland. The sub rolls only come in one flavor and they are not soft as sub rolls should be. The sweet was not good. All in all for the price subway or Lenny's would beat them hands down. read more

The atmosphere and marketing are cool, and the staff is extremely friendly, but for a lot less money I could have gotten the spicy Italian from Subway and had it toasted...and IMO Subway tastes better. The chips are awesome and the drinks are giant. My wife couldn't finish her sandwich because it had no flavor. I got the Italian night club and my wife got the beach club or whatever it's called. We paid $20 and honestly would have been better off going to Subway. We won't be going back because of no quality in the food and nothing that makes it unique. FWB has tons of other sandwich places anyway but it's sad that something as cool looking as Jimmy John's was so disappointing. read more

Fast friendly service. Great sandwiches. I eat here all the time. Where else can you get a great sandwich and that size for only $4.99? Also, don't know what Scott H is talking about. FWB has two Firehouse Subs and a Schlotskys. We have a McCallisters in the greater FWB area. Not to mention numerous Lennys and other chains. read more

There is an issue with the drive thru in your Fort Walton Beach location. My order on several occasions has been wrong, I had to go back 3 times just to get my one sandwich made correctly with no apology. On the other occasions I had already driven away without checking my order which was incorrect on 2 other occasions. I have been to Jimmy John's in Destin and Pensacola with no issues, maybe management needs to check out the staff at this location. read more
