Ordered a few sandwiches from the drive thru and worker seemed nice, although it seems like her phone was more important than getting our order out to us. She greeted us with kindness and took our order quickly, but once the cash transaction went through, she pulled out her phone and sat on it for the next 5 minutes like we couldn't see her 3+ people making sandwiches and still took a while to receive. sandwich making was slow and our food sat on the counter for a while before girl on her phone realized the sandwiches were ready. at least we enjoyed our jimmy johns read more

Recently ordered food about a week ago. Unfortunately, they didn't have a driver. I told them it would take a long time for them to refund my money back to my card that I paid with. So was offered cash, but due to my work schedule, that would not be an option. Was told "Take it or leave it, that is all I'm willing to do!" from the general manager. So I have been talking with the owner, and he has told me they're trying to figure out how to fix it. But I haven't heard anything about it. Then I got a gift card in the mail, corporates response is a $10 gift card to a $25 order. Which means they're keeping $15 for themselves. They failed to put on any avocado spread, so basically just stole $2 from me. When I called to complain, I spoke with the manager "Jid" (Jeed? Geed? If you're Ojibwe, don't laugh, I'm not trying to be mean or sarcastic, that's his actual name. For the non-Nishes, fyi it's the name of a female body part). Well Jeed wouldn't do anything to make it right. He wanted me to drive to their store (I don't have a way to get there, hence why it was a delivery order), then later said he could send out someone with avocado spread - it took so this would be over an hour after I got my sandwich based on the delivery time (25 minutes, Freaky Fast, yeah right). I said no, I just want what's owed to me, the $2. He wouldn't charge it back to my card, wouldn't put it on my online account, and again, said I'd have to come in person to redeem - for in store credit only (as though I'd want to spend another dime at this place). At this point, I asked to speak to the owner, whose name he said was Derek. I asked for Derek's number, he said he couldn't give it out. If you Google Fergus Falls Jimmy John's there's a news article from 2016 saying it's owned by a Jake Peters. So I don't know if Jid was lying, again, or if there's a new owner, but apparently there's no way to complain about this manager. This was the most frustrating experience. Do NOT spend your money here, you won't get what you ordered, you'll get slow delivery, rude management, and they won't take accountability for their mistakes, and will prevent you from contacting g the owner, who may or may not be named Derek. read more

Ordered from here twice this week. First time I didn't give any additional instructions. Sandwich was lacking in the Mayo lettuce tomato department. Order again and request extra Mayo lettuce and tomato. I got less than the other sandwich. Steer clear of ! read more

I bought 3 sandwiches, 2 of which were the meal deals and the 3rd I got chips and just wanted water. He told me where the bottles were and I asked if I could just get a cup to get water out of the soda machine (like any other fast food restaurant), to which I was met with a sassy "not for free" comment. I've NEVER been denied tap water at any fast food OR sit down restaurant in my life. Annnnd after spending over $30?? I can get a triple filtered water for free at Starbucks without buying anything else and I can't get a free cup of water with my Jimmy John's? Get outta here. read more

I was going through the drive thru and I asked about adding sprouts to my sandwich the lady completely stopped talking then came back after 5 minutes of dead silence and asked if we needed anything else then asked again about the sprouts stopped talking again then asking one more time when we got to the window and she said, "yes I can put them on." We got the sandwiches and they were not on there. this place is wrong to society and should be burned to the ground. read more

We've always enjoyed Jimmy John's sandwiches. Today I went thru the Drive up to order and was so happy to see all the staff wearing masks. We will be more frequent customers because of this. A few of our other favorite take out places in town don't require food handlers to wear masks and we won't be going to them anymore. Went through the drive thru. Lady had no idea what she was doing. Asked if they had sprouts and she just went silent. Like 5 minutes later she just goes, "is that all" and so we said again, "no, do you have sprouts?" And she went silent again. Said she couldn't hear us so we literally hollered "SPROUTS" into the mic and she just said "okay pull up to the window". We're like whatever we'll ask at the window. We asked her, again, at the window "Can you add sprouts to the two sandwiches please?" She said "oh sure". We pay, we get the food, we look at it, NO F*CKING SPROUTS! This lady is an absolute menace. They live up to their "Freaky Fast" motto! Sandwiches are always delivered fast and fresh. Reasonable prices for delivery.

I was very hungry for a sub sandwich. I love Subway but I also wanted to try Jimmy John's being that I hadn't before. I went in and expected exquisite service but I was treated like garbage. An employee by the name of Lillian had welcomed me in the most unwelcoming manner possible. I was given glares and she had rolled her eyes when I had not known what I wanted to buy. When I fumbled for my wallet and dropped it on the floor, she had told me to "hurry up" in a very snobby way. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way. Worst service that I have ever received. Lillian ruined this experience for me. read more
