I went to McDonald's after being outside for 12 hours. I thought I'd order a sweet tea but little did my parched being know that it would take 30 minutes to obtain my order only after I asked for a cup. I went and filled my tea myself and was given no straw and when I went to go ask for a straw at the counter because I saw there were none where the drink fountain was, I was greeted by an angry mid-grey haired saggy faced four eyed lady who mumbled "what do you want now" before even speaking to me, as if it was my fault they didnt get my order???? Girl please do your job smh. McDonald's more like mc dickheads. Please improve. read more

McDonald's - Awww - Fast Food Near Me - Fergus Falls, Minnesota

Food was mediocre, put onions after no onions requested. I door dashed and they didn't give my driver my sprite, so he went back and they refused to give him the sprite and were extremely rude about it. Went in earlier too and the workers were eating right next to the kiosk and cussing up a storm. read more

McDonald's - Just a bag Ordered a Quarter Pounder And Fries - Fast Food Near Me - Fergus Falls, Minnesota

Another day.. Another McDonald's location.. Had a deal in the app for a Quarter Pounder (buy 1 get one for .29) so I had to get it. We ordered in the app and waited for a little while when we went inside. The place was busy and there were a dozen people running around in the back cooking and putting together orders. The burger was salty (way over seasoned) and the cheese wasn't melted, it was barely warm. Another poorly made sandwich at McDonald's. It's cheap and fast, but the quality has definitely gone down over the years. read more

They gave me a chocolate shake and it was completely melted.Amy also verbally harassed me because I ordered so much food.

Fergus falls McDonald's is terrible. We ordered meals and they didn't give us our fries, and got more of the order wrong. The gal at the counter looked as if her dog just died. Didn't say a single word to us. There was staff messing around in the kitchen in front of the lobby. No wonder shit was messed up. Fries were ice cold and soggy, and the cheese burgers were cold as well. didn't eat any of it after biting into cold nasty food. Waste of $25. Will NOT be back. read more

Literally always sucks when I come here, they mess up the order everytime and instead of dealing with the problem they just find someone else to come to the window. I mean everytime I come something is wrong! Just drive by.. not worth the time! read more

stopped at this place at 7 o'clock in the morning there had to be half a dozen employees all standing in the back of the kitchen. No one comes to the counter. I stand there for two minutes minimum and the someone who is cleaning the bathrooms walks by and says someone will be here shortly to help you and then no one comes. Obviously, they are making too much money and have no time to serve customers and can afford to blow off customers because you got a bunch of kids a manager, who doesn't give a crap. eat at this McDonald's in Fergus Falls at all read more

Again I say, it's McD's-- to me, you guilty pleasure of the food, quick service, and typically quiet ambiance of where we've frequented. Especially feeding groups of friends of your kiddos via app offers-- can't be beat!! read more

Went inside. Ordered on the app. Restroom was being cleaned. For over 10 minutes while we waited. Received order. Biscuits. They were lightly warm. Prefer them hot! read more

I would rate this a 0 if I had the ability to. The incompetent staff add an ingredient to my order, for 0 reason. I get on the road and see this ghastly error, only for management to tell me that I would need to come back to get a refund. In short, they added an unnecessary ingredient to my food and refused to compensate me for their error as I now have an inedible sandwich. read more

I ordered some food, brought it home. When I opened it, there was pickles on the sandwiches, cold and limp fries, and missing items. When I called the restaurant about the problem, the manager said "You're fucking lying cause I made it myself, and if you don't like it, don't ever come back!" Since that day, I haven't been back! I don't lie, as I'm allergic to dill! read more

This place is never open to the times they are listed online, close earlier than is listed. Multiple cars in the drive through on multiple occasions. Change your hours online or stay open to the time listed. Today it was 40 minutes before closing time listed. read more

Lately the last three times we have eaten here they have gotten our order wrong. The first order, my wife ordered a double Big Mac and it turned out that the only gave her a regular Big Mac. When I went to the window to tell him that they gave us a regular Big Mac the server continue to tell me that it was the correct way it was made, with only two patties. I went back to the car, looked up a picture of the double Big Mac and it comes with four patties. I went back to show her the picture which they did replace the burger after I proved it was made incorrectly. The only problem I have is during that whole incident they seem to be disgusted and impatient with me. Not only that I could hear them talk about me through the walls, that are very thin. We were upset but got over it so we went back about a week later and ordered our Double Quarter Pounders meals. We thought everything was fine till we got home I noticed both quarter-pounders only had one patty. Again we called them and they seem to be disgusted inshort with us but we were able to get our refund for the burgers. Now comes today we went in get the whole family their meal and I brought it all home and they forgot to add my daughter's kids meal. Well I live all the way in Elizabeth which is a good 10-minute Drive which meant I had to leave my meal at home and run all the way back to get her her mail. I got them to refund her meal and got her her meal but they would not refund me my mail which was cold when I got home. Let's just say I am never going to eat there again. Finally got the whole family to agree we're going to start eating at Burger King or Hardee's. read more

Took 20 minutes to get our caramel lattes. Didn't even say sorry for the wait. Walked in to see why they were not coming out yet while 4 cars went thru around us. They said they didn't know why the hold up was. Sorry should not take 20 minutes to get 2 lattes. read more

The absolutely slowest, poorest run McDonalds anywhere. We offer grace during these times of staff shortages. BUT, when a mobile order is placed and it takes over 20 minutes of sitting there waiting for an order as cars move through the drive through it's beyond ridiculous! By the way, we went though the drive through to see if we could get our order. Told to go wait again- food wasn't even luke warm. read more

It was okay the fries were pretty bland compared to usual. I got a number three for the first time and really didn't enjoy it, but the strawberry milkshake was amazing! read more

Seriously some of the nicest people I've come across. Order was perfect and tasted great!

Never get the order right. But hey food is processed burgers and ok fries. It's fast food what do you expect?

This is the worst McDonald's in the state. Mangers don't know how to schedule workers so the place is always super slow. Half the time they don't get your orders right either. AVOID!! read more

Honestly, after visiting the world's worst McD's in Nebraska, this McD's is like a fancy restaurant in comparison. Good service, even on a busy Saturday full of people going to lake homes and old farmers drinking coffee. Happy people. People who shower. Just next time, pls don't forget the cheese on the sausage biscuit. read more

It's a McDonald's. This was a stop while traveling, so not too memorable. I can say the store was clean and the staff were competent. My request for extra pickles on a quarter pounder was met to my satisfaction. The tartar sauce for my fries cost .25. Husband was happy with his SW salad. read more

Fast and simple and the kids seem to enjoy. Love the frappes ..yummy.. prices are decent and the service is usually good.

I've gonna to McDonald's about 10 times since it reopened and every time I've gone there they've messed up my order. If you're looking for a good fast food place to eat, there are much better options in Fergus. read more

McDonald's is starting to get expensive. Having to double check your bag to make sure that receive all your food.

We stopped here while coming through MN on a cross country trip. Not normally one to write reviews, but hoping that this might spur some change at this location. We ordered 2 breakfast meals and 4 additional hash browns. First, the signage was unclear and we accidentally went to the next window after paying at the first one. Our food was brought to the window that we were at, but the 2 coffees from the meals were not there. The gentleman who brought the food said that there were 2 meals and 3 hash browns. We said we ordered 4, but he said we only paid for 3 extras (fine). He was clearly in a rush (there was one car behind us and dining room was closed) and ignored us when we said that we had not gotten our coffees yet. We went back through the drive through and the coffee issue was resolved (after more window confusion) and when we got our food there were only 3 hash browns (should have been 6, but even with the mis-ring would have been 5). At this point there was a line and we had originally stopped at McDonalds for a quick stop (and because we love McDonald's), but at this point, it wasn't even worth waiting in line again for the additional 2-3 hash browns that we were missing. On top of all of this, there was a 2" black hair on one of the 3 hash browns we got, so we only really had 2. Needless to say, we will continue to going to McDonalds, but hope that this might be able to stimulate some much needed improvements at this particular location. read more

Food takes forever to come out/given to you in drive and if it does come out fast the food is most likely messed up

Go anywhere else! Service depends on the day, sometimes it's good other times awful. Sometimes they're are impatient and short, others they're normal unenthusiastic and slow. Every time I've used their app to order it doesn't go through right, they make a mistake, or what I ordered on the app they don't have. Recently I stopped in and not only was it as bad as always but, this time I received a raw burger. Bright pink and white center! I've continued to come here as it is convenient for my location but, this is it. I'll happily drive somewhere else! read more
